Anyone know of a good resource to read up on some of the mechanics? I'm pretty much a total newb and would like to start getting into some PVE content.

Hey guys I'm a returning player looking for a bit of advice because I don't want to be the moron that makes you die and lose. When I played at launch it was mostly PvP so I'm pretty much a total newb when it comes to PVE content. Is there a minimum gear level I should be shooting for before queuing up for group finder? I have a lvl 65 Assassin that I will probably be playing with at first. I think most of his gear is around 190 now. Also, are there certain ops or flashpoints I should try to do before moving on to harder content? Thanks in advance for any advice.

The new site does look good but I would rather they put those resources into finishing rated Warzones.

Why did BW waste a bunch of time updating the web page when things like rated warzones are not completed yet? Inquiring minds want to know.

Getting more rage is always good. Nothing worse than trying to pop an ability in PvP just to notice that you have no rage left and battering is on cool down. I recommend reading the Mach 5 Massacre sticky too. It helped me a lot with my rotations.

It gets better at level 40 when you get Massacre. Massacre auto triggers an Ataru proc = guaranteed Scream crit. Charge, Massacre, battering, Gore, Scream, Ravage kills people dead.

Yes Not taking 3/3 malice as an Anni spec is a really bad idea.

Nothing beats Carnage in Huttball. When the enemy gets the ball, the rotation is thus Root...Root...Root...Root...Root...Root

I'm more upset about being mislead / lied to about crafting changes and rated warzones than the servers being down.

It's times like these that remind me of when I accidentaly kicked a power bar and brought a whole rack of servers down. The e-mail read "We're sorry for the inconvenience ...."

Yeah I'm sure it won't be the EA execs who managed to produce 2 fail MMOs in a row that get fired either. Although in their eyes SWTOR was probably a huge success. It probably already made a ton of money. That's all they care about.

I don't see what the big deal is about Ravage now. It is hitting a little harder than it was before but I've not seen it "hit like a truck". Maybe this is because I'm not lvl 50 yet and am not properly geared. Even after using my trinket and adrenal it's not that great. Annihilate seems to do more damage and it's instant cast. What am I missing here? Are people just letting the first 2 ticks go then cancelling or using all 3 ticks? Are you popping your adrenals and trinkets first?
