You can change it on the main map screen. in the bottom right it will say Taris (1), you can click that and chose Taris (2) (for exampel). However, there is a 30 min cooldown on changin instances... I assume its to prevent people from harvesting a bunch of nodes then switching instances to do it again?

use the crew screen to send your companion on slicing missions to level up the skill. I think you only need 25 skill to slice the boxes on corascent.

I've seen in many places it mentioned that screw skill efficiency AND crit increases with companion affection... I have not been able to confirm the crit part yet however.

I'm afraid this is incorrect. If you have 1000 light points and 0 dark points your score is +1000 and you qualify for "Light I". If you then gain 1500 dark points your score is -500 which puts you back a neutral, and you are no longer "Light I" and you would not be able to use any gear with that requirement.

yes, I've done it (albet with scavenging) the item will give you the same 1 time mission in your mission lists, although I got different rewards between the 2, but both were still VERY good rewards.

there are no world nodes for gathering on the starter planets...since no one leveling on them would have any skills

these unique missions are found via slicing and provide a 1 time mission that always crits and always provides much better returns than normal missions of the same level. That is all conjecture based on what I've seen, I"ve run about 8 of these unique missions and the above is what I've found 8/8 times.

It has already been nerfed with last nights patch, couple hours worth of missions today net me about 700 credit profit... running the same missions yesteryday over the same time period netted me about 4000 credit profit, so I went from 2000 cr/hour to 350 cr/hour....

I think they did, I was making money yesterday, now I'm barely breaking even today... definately something changed.

I always watch the cutscenes the first time I see them, they are interesting to me. I understand that joebob has run the instance 20 times and doesn't need to see it again, but he should respect that everyone else may not have. When I join a FP for the first time, I tell the group flat out that its my first time and I'm watching the cutscenes. Either they accept it then and there, or they find a differnet healer. If I've run it before I will skip the cutscenese in order to speed things up, but I dont' demand everyone else does too (it may be thier first time after all). TLDR; Tell the group you will be watching the CS at the start of the group, if they don't like it find another group. It will save you a headache and a poor experience.

He is talking about using the out of combat heal that EVERYONE gets.

Disturbance procs many other abilities, it is also more force efficient. Spamming project in a boss fight will run you out of force fairly quickly. shot for shot project does more damage, but add in all the procs and efficiency of disturbance in its the clear winner. just my 2 cents.

auguments are found from slicing missions... I've got dozens, I haven't found any gear that needs them yet... guess I'll throw them on the Galactic Market and see how I do

I have experianced this also, just tossed em as they didn't add to my total and took up space :/ happened when I recieved one in the mail from an NPC.

I use one, run on high settings (1680x1050) and get between 60 and 100 FPS depending on the area, interiors have lower FPS than exteriors from what I've found.

I've had this happen too, can't see /g or /p but /1 works, confirmed with some friends over TeamSpeak. Seems to be a bug in the UI currently, as all 3 of my buddies have encountered it at one point or another.

in *most* cases the mods/auguments/armouring/enhancements will provide ALL the stats. some higher quality gear have "base" bonus' in addition to the mods, making them superior. Also, some gear comes with stats, but have less or no mod slots. Armour does seem more likely to have additional base stats, but I have seen weapons with them too.
