  1. You should get valor for killing people in PVP, maybe a comm or two, but definitely valor. Not sure why the devs only allow you to get valor ranks in WZ.

    Illum Redesign?

Good ideas. I think the whole map needs a redesign. Bioware owns Mythic, they should poach from Dark Age of Camelot. Despite being ancient, that game has the best open world PvP bar none. Warhammer Online also had decent open PvP. Instead of having 2 bases have one fortress that people fight over, populate it with tough NPCs if no faction has current control. Once controlled that faction gets a global PvP bonus (i.e. relic like system). Defenders get points for defending, if attackers take fortress they should all get tokens/possible loot drops. Leaderboards and other changes to loot are neat, but until the map itself is fun to play everyone will continue to ignore it.
  3. I missed the stream, I understand that they are going to make a better LFG tool. Is it going to be similar to WoW's dungeon finder? I personally loved that tool. I do think that they should limit it to a single server to foster community. Another thing they should do is borrow from a few of the things that Warhammer Online did right, namely the open groups. Those were the bomb for open world PvP and those large group/area quests. The rest of the game was a bust. But the grouping tools were awesome. My 2 cents.
  4. I thought the story was great. Decent pacing, appropriate storyline for the "diplomats" of the Jedi Order. Agree that it is the closest to a KOTOR3. Playing a shadow is just plain fun anyway. It's all a matter of personal preference. I will say that the romance storyline that you can do with the female companion if you are male is rushed and awkward. The flow of the romance subplots worked much better in KOTOR 1 and 2.
  5. I have Miralukan guy with dreadlocks and the bone looking eye covers and it clips like a sum*****. The only helmet that I can stand is the darksynth etc... facemask/helmet that completely replaces the head geometry. Most other headgear clips through the eye cover and usually my hairstyle sticks out. I think it's a geometry bug having to do with the eye cover on the character models. Have only seen the problem/heard of it with Miralukans. Very damn annoying. Nevermind that consular headgear looks like something Carmen Miranda would wear. Does not make my shadow look like the ****** ninja he should look like.
  6. I agree, I made a character with the dreadlock hairstyle and none of the light armour helmets look right on him. He's mirlukan and has the bone looking eyecover as well so nothing on his head looks right. I'm surprised this made it through because the combination of permanent eyeware and the dreads must have been tested and nothing looks right. PLEASE FIX!
  7. Light robes are crap, I'm synthweaving and I hope I can make a decent looking armor set. I don't want to look like Carmen Miranda as a shadow
  8. My wife hates all things electronic, as long as I pay more attention to her than gizmos we're cool.
  9. I agree. 30min to log in? Are we just beta testing again?
