It's not to say I'm not having fun with this game. I think the questing and story mechanics are amazing. Same with companions. Just not thrilled with the rather restrictive customization options.

They are, but they aren't just re-skinned Human models: -Dwarves -Gnomes -Worgen(well, this kind of, at least one form) -Goblins -Tauren -Trolls -Orcs -Blood Elves -Undead -Draenei -Night Elves Barely half are human-like, the others are not so much.

I still do play WoW. And while the customization options over there aren't the best, at least the races aren't just humans with different skin/glitchy as hell lekku like Twi'leks.

I already bought a game card for 60 days, but after that I dunno if I'll stay. The game is just missing key features to me that make it more immersive, such as day-night cycles, chat bubbles, sitting on chairs(REALLY?). Customization is sorely lacking - it's all one comb-over style of hair, limited facial customization, body customization, etc. The questing and classes are fun, but it's almost as if for me, ToR is a luxury liner that has massive leaks in the bow. I hope BW fixes this - oh and the lack of AA in the game is a bummer too.

Howdy, Am starting a SI today and was going to go Sorcerer with him when I hit 10 - but I'm unsure what spec to level as(kind of new to the SI). I read AstralFire's guide and he says I should level in the healing tree - but I'm not sure if that would gimp my own DPS or not. Anyone have any advice? It would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance, Quirn

Which tree would be best? Am kind of unsure on my Trooper myself, heh.

I realize Sorcerer is the king of power-leveling - I tried Sage(it's counterpart) and found it hilariously boring. In whatever MMO I've played I CANNOT do casters - I could try with Sorcerer and see, but Assassin just looks quite interesting and unique to me.

That's fine, it's the same as my Sage - he'd die quickly when/if I didn't have the bubble - but Qyzen(The Jedi's Khem, basically) soaked up most of the damage himself.

So, I wanted to try something different for TOR. My main is a Trooper. I wanted to try a class like the Assassin that's more around stealth and whatnot. Though I've NEVER done it before in the other game or this one. So my question is - are Assassins still good at levelling as much as Sorcerers are or are they rubbish? I'm mostly just interested in the 1-50 levelling experience right now. I just thought that they look quite interesting and fun to play - something that'll keep me interested and not just Sorc's(played a Sage), which I found quite boring. Though, I don't want to run into a rut - IE, struggling to level solo.

I've been playing since this morning and I'm only level 13. How are you 25 in a day? O.o

This is how I'm finding it right now. Go into cover, target, and stuff's dead within about 15-30 seconds, depending on what you're fighting.

BH seems to be the FOTM class right now. I wouldn't worry too much about it. The overwhelmingly freakish numbers of jedi will counteract the BH's for the Republic, I'm sure
