I'm sorry but a sorc needs some alacrity no matter what the spec, unless you meant just less in which case yes, he does need less alacrity. Also you can use 2 war hero relics no problem.

First off sorry if I mess something up because I'm replying from my phone. Ok ,yes I want you to get the rakata ear you only loose a tiny amount of the secondary stats and gain a lot of willpower . Also I listed 25 mods because they are easier to get and I didn't want you to think you HAD to get 26 ones, so by all means use 26 ones. Also the campaign one you had isn't the one you want , you either want a battlemaster or war hero , whichever you can get or a campaign on hit relic .Also it doesn't matter what level but unlettered is always better than lettered , and the profile I showed you can be improved on, use the BiS profile from the other thread as a "true" end game gear reference . Also you should know that if you ever run ec HM you want the mk-2 ear. .

First off you need to run your dailies or something and get rid of the earpiece you have and get the Rakata one. And you have WAY to many lettered mods, everything except for your chest needs a different mod. You need to get more aptitude 25 or 26, you can get 25 from Rakata force mystic hand or helm, or the stalker hands or helm. For the 26 I usually buy the strikers Mk-1 boots, or I have someone make me one. Also, another big one is to get the black hole strikers mk-1 generator, you can just run SM EC or NiM KP and farm daily HM for the offhand. You also need to replace the Volition enhancements with adept ones. The adept one can be found in the strikers mk-1 boots along with the aptitude mod. Also it should be noted that all these mods can be bought off the gtn if you got the money , which should be easy if you run dailies. You should also try to replace that campaign relic with a battlemaster one or one of the "on hit" relics. Also try and get custom bracers and belt with aptitude in them both. The belt and bracers arent really important but they are better, what im trying to say is those can wait. If I were you my first priority would be getting the earpiece and the strikers offhand. And after that save up your comms and get the strikers boots. Take out the mods and replace the ones you have. Your also gonna need a battle enhancement to put in your boots. Hmm, alright thanks for the tips, I had a jugg buddy armor debuff, and I got around 1600 this time. I just cant seem to get those high numbers.

OK so the problem is my dps isn't very good. I only pull 1500 sustained on a training dummy and I always hear other people say they have 16-1700 and they could be lying but I don't think they are , also SimC says I could pull 1750 or around there Ideally. If your running out of force just use this http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201ZbsrMbMMZcrcRsMkb.2 it's your build but with extra force regen, you just have to cast lightning strike more, which should be easy with wrath.

I would have to say Xalek, it just seems like he generates more threat and is just better in my opinion.

Also don't buy the advanced 22 augments buy the advanced 21 ones, there is no difference besides 1 endurance and it sells for a lot less.

Like some others have said it lacks mobility and you are more of a turret with lightning, I prefer a hybrid as it has lightning force regeneration with the mobility of madness.

First off the war hero and battle master gear is good enough for entry to mid level PvE, and yes it will still work, the PvP gear is just regular mods with a bonus expertise stat, I'm not sure about war hero gear though as it has its own "War Hero" mods, but they are still good. And as long as the mods are just as good or better you will be fine.

I'm sorry but I have to respectfully disagree with this thread, I don't know if i play with bad people or what but I've never had problems in this game with dps, I'm not trying to brag at all i'm just being honest. Pre and post 1.2 i've always been a hybrid and I consistently out dps other people in raids and in PvP and if i'm not top damage in PvP it's usually a marauder , and I genuinely think that the marauder was a good player and not a fotm roller (I'm not saying all marauders aren't fotm i'm just saying I know most of the marauders on my server aren't). I don't like seeing threads about how the sorcerer is limited or whatever because I think we are fine as a class, I wish we had slightly more survivability but that's about it.

I just thought I make a post that wasn't a nerf request or anything. What are some of your stats, like kills, wins, MVP votes, valor level, most damage, etc. I guess i'll start.
