Hi, Thanks for all the replies. No need to fight it out. I'm quite sad to read Smash is not as awesome as i used to be. Though I've found Vengeance Jugg relaxing and fun, doesn't have the same feel to me old Mara Rage/Fury spec. That said why is Jugg rage not as strong as Mara Rage/Fury? They used to be around the same if not Jugg was slight stronger. I mean Cloak is awesome but I don't know how it fits now. I remember running all the hard instances in PvE in PVP gear and just going all mara and Jugg smash with maybe a off-healer... good times. From the looks of the skills and what not, I see Rage/Fury with the new single target burst rotation..? Again I'm trying to find the right class/spec for PvP for when 5.0 hits as well, and i wanna brush up on my mechanics obv.

But why is carnage good? And is smash spec (aka old godspec) just bad now? I've read that they are buffing Jugg and Mara Rage tree in 5.0, so I'm factoring that too I guess since I plan on playing consistently.

I have come back after a long hiatus (played on Vanillia Release) and I'm just wondering which sub-class and spec of the sith warrior brings the best Burst Damage consistently right now in the game, and probably will in the future? Back Then I mainly played my Mara and easily topped Damage and Kill boards, but to be fair I grind-ed full Purple back then, and rank wasn't really a thing early on. The spec I played then Was the good old Smash build, so I'm looking to see what's good now? Is Jugg smash (rage) was great back then too, so I'm wondering if it's still the same for burst? Is Mara or Jugg better at burst?

Marauders are GIMPED, even WITH gear. Jug's will out DPS 9 times out of 10. Yes I have both, and yes full champion each. It's actually retarded. The only argument you can make for Marauders is their 8 second kick, and undying rage (5 sec of 99% damage reduction). If you go into a WZ at level 50 from green gear - full champion gear Jugg in rage will easily crack 300k if you just face roll, like literally take your face and roll it on your keyboard. Mara you screw your rotation once, you might as well start dancing. Oh yes as great as charge is, it's not as great as stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun. I Love my Mara more, but Jug just beats it out.

No the greatest problem was: 1) lag lag lag lag lag lag lag lag 2) You could destroy TURRETS for huge valor gains. Yes I have a Imperial, and my server is considered heavy populated, but there are like no 50's and we still had huge issues.

Actually this is more EA's fault then BW. I for one will get ME3 and DA3. But no more online games from EA.... EVER...
