Most annoying thing I find is: 1. Players dont move out of AoE mob attacks and expect to be heal while they stand there. 2. Breaking CC on mobs with their own tiny AoE attacks and justify it with "but my AoE does a lot of damage" 3. Telling the healer that he is a noob healer since he cant heal while they stand in a mob AoE attack and break all CC around them. I hate to use the term l2p, but you can get frustrated over less.

I would guess, but i dont know!, that the other number is your ping and it shows green when your ping is ok and red when it is not.

Just log out.. the game save it self. If you get disconnected, you get right back where you were. Try to log out in a cantina, then you will get rested xp bonus. You cant really save and load as you do in non mmo rpg's. Everything is live, and what you do stick!

Try to turn off bloom, it really hogs fps.

It's super irritating, but at least you have tabs for currency and quest items. Should really have one for craft items, but at least you can throw all that into the bank and it will be used automaticly when crafting. Greay items is not really a problem since you can send your crew on a 1 min mission to sell it all and items you want to use you have to put on your quick bar... but the inventory it self is a mess.

you should be able to play on high. Make sure you have the latest nvidia driver, this is important! Go ahead and play with the settings, put them on high, and check your fps in game. Bloom is the one that will set your fps back the most. Im on a gtx 560, all on high, with no problems (I had bloom off in beta. It took a lot of fps, but it might be fixed now on retail)

This in not true. These are people who have played beta for months, like my self. They know the story like the back of their hands, and thus are rushing through to end game. I always changed char at level 20. Didnt want to "spoil" the whole story before launch. I did however play every class up to 20 and know exactly how to get to 20 in the fastest possible way. Those that rush for 50 played their "main" char all the way up and then some... they know how to get to 50 in the fastest possible way. That "These people never go ouside and have never seen a real live naked woman" is just a silly argument!

The story is deep... really deeeeeeep. Best story driven mmo i have ever seen! To enjoy the story (ie you listen to every quest voiceover with a huge smile) you explore every corner, turn every stone. Then you will not reach 50 in a long time Those who rush are those that have played beta for months.. know the story in and out.. they only want to rush it to end game. You should not rush, but enjoy... its a great game!

Skype is ok when questing with friends. You set up a conferance call and you all talk together. Vent is prefered by guilds due to the fact that you can set up different channels and easily switch between them. The entire guild can be loged into vent, easily accessible by everyone, but spread over different channels... (you dont really need to listen into the raid channel, if you are doing a flashpoint with other guild mates) So I would use vent, but skype is ok if you only quest with your friends.

As mentioned in an earlier post. The stat on in is not that great. It will, and im streatching it now, be redundant at around level 17, even earlier if you are into crafting mods.

Yeah the game is really smoth compared to beta.
