I am also just returning. I have seen the new Guardian version. I will have to check out the new Jugg version. The upside is that almost all other Jugg abilities look/sound cooler.

I also married both. I am assuming they fixed this bug now and you cannot still do this?

Welcome back! I also recently returned from years off. The game is so much easier now and leveling is a breeze. When I say a breeze, I mean I just made a JG and have had it like 2 days. I have not put too much effort into it and have only been doing story quests (with some heroics and space thrown in to mix it up). I am already on Voss and lvl 50. I expect I will finish the story at lvl 53-54. I would honestly say to pick the spec you think you will end up as or like best and level as it. Some people might say to pick the fastest, but if you are returning it really helps to level up as your end game spec. You will learn the spec while leveling.

I love playing both. If I absolutely had to pick one, it would be my Mara. That's only because I have more hours played on him. I think Jugg feels more epic and is probably overall more useful for all content. You can always tank as a Jugg if you decide you wanna learn in the future.

Let me know when you figure it out! I cannot pick just one. I typically try to keep me top 3-4 classes as mains. I guess you can have a true main for absolute top tier end game content and keep the others close behind for lesser content.

I agree. Play what you want, friend. I recently returned to game and find myself replaying all of the classes/specs to around level 15-20. I would recommend picking a few dps specs you have not tried and give em a shot. If you find yourself utterly bored with them, then give em the axe. My problem is I enjoy every class. Although, there are still some specs I have never tried. I guess I know what's next for me, haha.

Would love to see Bothans, Nautolans, and Wookiees. Less so, but I am sure others would lke: Ithorians, Devoronians, Sullustans, and Rodians.

I cannot seem to find a good stat priority list other than Dulfy. There is an updated Hatred guide on VULKK. It seems most dps specs aim for similar numbers now. Would I be okay following the Hatred guide on Vulkk for stat crunching?

I've also just returned and trying to relearn the spec. I'm 65 and going to finish KotET and KofFE to level to 70 and catch up. I read your priority system and the Dulfy guide. I was hoping you coukd share with me a good opener granted that things proc and buff properly (i e., From Stealth: Phantom Stride *once I get it*>Spike>Assassinate*once i talent spec*>). That's about my current understanding, but I would like further explanation for if that opener is best or not and what woukd come next until you go back to the priority system.

I've never played Fury either. I may have tried it briefly as a Jugg near launch. I'm not a fan of DoT specs so I may have to roll Fury. It def sounds appealing.

Hello all, I just returned to game after around 2 years off. So much has changed. I have completed every class story, but I main imperial side. I have a lvl 70 Mara, 65 Sith Assassin, 65 Merc, 65 Sith Jugg, and 60 Spy IA. I will be working on leveling the non-70s up asap so that I can again be useful for a prospective guild. I miss the days when guilds were like para-families away from reality. I miss when guildees helped each other out of pure kindness and weren't just out for their own selfish desires 10/10 times. I am not saying I expected to be given a bunch of free stuff. I just want to be in a guild where I can be useful and frequently participate in content. What am I looking for: Large, elite guild, but not too large Participating in end game content of all types (PVE, PVP, Questing, random fun, etc) Using voice chat to communicate Friendly guild willing to be patient while I relearn the game and gear up Let me know if you think we would be a good match. Hello all, As the title states, I just returned to game after a long break (almost 2 years). I was surprised to see just how much had changed and been added. I remember finishing the Eternal Throne story. I do believe that I made it through all of it on my Mara. I did reach lvl 70 on the Mara also. That is about all I remember. I see there is the new expansion that just hit and there have been so many class changes and convenience changes. Basically, I was hoping some one could share with me what are the best sites to research for builds, rotations, and game knowledge. I have completed every story line, but I've practically forgotten how to play them. I finally feel reoriented enough to start trying them out again and figure out which to main and what specs are best now. In the past, I played my Arsenal Merc and Carnage Mara the most. I also really enjoyed Assassin Inquisitor and the Spy type IA. I am looking forward to relearning the game and getting involved in the new content and hopefully finding a large, active guild to join and start enjoying the game again. Thanks for reading, Kyo

I noticed you didnt get cloak of carnage or cloak of annihilation... THey seem like useful skills. Is there just no way to make room for them or are they just not worth the points? I am fairly new to marauder and still lvling, but I am looking for a good annihilation lvl 50 pvp spec.

The thing that makes me mad is how regardless of gettin 6-10 medals, if you lose, then you still get the shaft in WZs now. I got 8 medals one WZ and we lose. It gave me 16xx valor and 32 commendations..... WHAT!?!?!?! You mean I just wasted 20 minutes of my life working hard to still end up losing a match and now only get 30 comms and a whopping 16xx valor? Last night, I was getting the same amount of medals and losing, and still got like high 70s and 80s in comms and 2700-2900 valor. Why should I even waste my time in warzones to get gear when it would take 50 WZs to buy a BM relic lol; that is ridiculous. I can't imagine how long it would take to get a main hand weapon. Even the warzones where I have won since 1.2 havent yielded as much valor or as many comms as they did last night. This is just insane. I PvP for fun, not to waste my time in what feels like a never ending grind for gear just so I don't get steamrolled by the repubs who are much higher geared bc of the uneven distribution of skilled pvpers on my server. Republics win like 6-7 out of 10 matches on average of warzones I have been in. So how is it balanced to make the losing team suffer and basically never get gear while the Repubs or the OP faction get the new gear way before? Fix this BW, please!

BW needs to rename 1.2 to Anakin Skywalker for it failed hard to bring balance to the force. Losing warzones now gives you like 17-32 comms from my experiences so far(I was getting 6-10 medals per WZ). Sith tend to lose 6-7 out of 10 matches from my experiences. Gaining 17-40 comms per WZ from all those losses with a few wins mixed in results in it taking around 30-40 wzs to even afford a BM relic. Tell me how this is balanced BW.... I don't even wanna do the math for how many warzones it would take to buy a BM mainhand weapon. SMH.... You guys might want to revise your "balance" for I fear that Order 67 could be where the future of your subscriptions are headed. On the other hand, Legacy is amazing. ALot of new, shiny toys to play with and I look forward to leveling more toons. The PVE looks great as well. The new WZ is fun. I have no trouble with class balancing. I just disagree very sternly about the way you have implemented the rewards from warzones now. I PVP to have fun. PVP is heavily dependent upon having good gear. It should not feel like a mindless grind to obtain this gear. You start to lose all sight of the fun that can yield from PVP and become too focused on the dullness of doing 50 WZs to obtain one piece of BM armor. Prior to 1.2, like the night before, I would have been able to buy a piece or two a day at the rate I was getting comms from WZs. I was gettin 70-80 even from losing. Idk....what do the rest of the players think?

So I read Truce at Bakurra and then Luke Skywalker and the Shadows of Mindor. The book timeline I have printed out has the X-wing series followed by the Courtship of Princess Leia and then Tatooine Ghost. Then the Thrawn Trilogy follows after those. My question is: Is is necessary for me to read the seemingly long X-wing series to keep track of the stories or follow the history? Will I be missing anything crucial to the EU by not reading the X-wing series and skipping to The Courtship of Princess Leia and Tatooine Ghost?
