  1. I believe Solid resource Matrix counts as a crafting material, so it is likely to be deposited directly into your crafting materials inventory, which is separate from your regular inventory. When the materials inventory was first implemented i had the same confusion until I realized where things were going. Have you checked there for the Matrixes? EDIT- I just checked for mine, they are in the Miscellaneous tab.
  2. Well, from what I saw there is an option to buy the ranks with cartel coins, 1k per rank. So I imagine some impatient folks might decide to drop some cash to get there quick.
  3. Perhaps if BW decided to try selling its own currency in some reasonable way, similar to how Blizzard is doing it in WoW, they could simply put the credit spammers out of business. Ever since Blizzard Tokens became a thing in WoW, I have rarely if ever seen any gold spam anymore.
  4. I have to say I found this scenario extremely disappointing. From an IC standpoint my SI would say to her "Just.. what.. makes you think you are in any way, shape, or form, MY equal? Your audacity astounds." ..and then probably shock the crap out of her before walking away. ..wouldn't kill her, but certainly toss her to the curb on MY terms, not let her walk away on hers. It felt like my SI got railroaded. VERY disappointing.
  5. Pretty please? I just spent 800CC for one of the blasters and it's not able to be unlocked in collections. This is very disappointing. The packs that give reputation with this faction are long off the market, and they cost Cartel Certs from the vendor, which are also no longer obtainable. After the sale ends they will be pretty much out of reach if one is not already a Legend with the faction. I will not spend CC on any of the others if they can't be unlocked. I hope these can be considered for an addition to collections.
  6. Might want to post this in suggestions or Cartel Market suggestions. It might make a good CM add-on. (..and would probably be the only way they would offer it at this stage in the CM game.)
  7. Yyyyyeah, that kinda sums it up pretty well for me too. I did this once each on my main Republic and Empire characters, and aside from , there was absolutely no difference. I feel no great desire at this point to do this over again with any of my alts.
  8. Perhaps it's just me, but I'm having an issue with the way a certain part of this story has been implemented, from a lore standpoint. Note that the following is just my opinion based on my perception of the story lore of the game up to this point. It is NOT a game breaking issue for me, but rather an annoyance. I just wondered if anyone else felt the same.
  9. Check your companion list. My SI simply got him added with no fanfare whatsoever.
  10. I think the only way BW would get this to work properly would entail them first removing the credit cap restrictions entirely. Since those are part of the "entice you to subscribe to remove seriously annoying restrictions" feature, I doubt we'll see this anytime soon, if ever. I would use it if they did though.
  11. It's not about blocking/dodging the projectile, it's about dodging/blocking the shooter. If the force user knows they are being fired at and can sense the moment that the trigger is being pulled, it can be rationalized they react to THAT moment and dodge or block appropriately. Of course even the force cannot prevent all surprises.
  12. Doing a delete/replace was likely the easiest thing to do programming-wise; someone overlooked that folks would have mods and such slotted in the original items that would be lost. Compensation would be nice for those who did lose mods but I somehow don't see it happening.
  13. ..probably because they were altered so significantly; I suspect they were essentially deleted and then replaced in inventory by completely new pieces of gear, hence the empty slots.
  14. ..and now another hundred levels tacked on. ..More meh. Still not going to bother.
  15. (Note that I have only the first 5 pieces but I assume these changes carry through to all 7.) It appears that the DvL armor pieces now show as Cartel Market Items with orange symbols instead of blue. The rating of the armorings has changed; It used to be 128 (140 for the bracers), now it is 160. The numerical values for the armoring stats appears to have NOT changed however, only the rating. The armorings are now slotted and removable, at no credit cost, and are also BoL. The set bonus for XP appears to be attached to the armorings, and not the shells, so It looks like the armorings can be removed and placed into a different armor set and will apply the DvL experience bonus by themselves. I imagine this could lead to some possible accidental deletions if people try to replace the armorings with stronger ones without removing them separately first, so people need to be careful. Technically this will not change how I use these pieces myself. I don't have any issues with the change but since this doesn't seem to be in patch notes I thought I'd lay it out here. **NOTE** It also appears that any mods/enhancements/augments that people had slotted in the old version gear have disappeared. I think the old gear was simply removed and these completely new pieces replace them. Fortunately, I had them stashed in legacy bank empty, so I didn't lose anything, but I imagine some other folks might be a bit upset.
  16. I thought the story was very engaging on my first playthrough. On the second I started to pay more attention to details and noticed what I felt were some flaws. The third time I just couldn't do it all over again. Replayability is definitely an issue, at least to me. Glad the OP had fun with it.
  17. I just can't get myself interested in doing this. ..at all. Out of all my alts my highest CXP level is..8. I ran a few missions, opened a few crates, but never felt anything special about it. It seemed tedious to me, and not really worthwhile, so I just stopped bothering. Grinding Artifact power in WoW at least gave a sense of progression as the artifact gained strength, but CXP... ..not so much. Now even with this big boost for a month, I still don't think I'm going to bother with it. I don't do ops so I don't need the gear, and that seems to me to be the only reason TO do it. ..Am I just being weird or does anyone else feel this way about CXP?
  18. I thought the story was decent overall, but there were a few significant weak spots for me.. ..It was definitely, in my opinion, designed with a force-user in mind as the 'outlander'. Playing it with a Trooper or Merc was a close second in regards to the "alliance commander" aspect, but the Smuggler and Agent simply don't seem to fit at all. The only reason I played any chapters after ch. 9 with my non-forcers were to re-unite my Trooper with Aric in ch. 11, and my Merc with Torian in ch. 14. ..Valkorion/Vitiate... very confusing. The line my outlander says in ch. 2 "You're not the same as the man I fought on Ziost" was a poor band aid to try to explain an extreme change of character for that villain. They simply didn't feel like the same person at all. The transition seemed rather forced. If, however, you simply ignore the entire "eat the galaxy" part of the story, it works much better. .."redeeming" Arcann... the light side path for that also seemed forced.. The boy simply did too much bad for anyone to ever accept him as an ally without suspecting a trick. The dark side path made way more sense. ..Torian or Vette... What a waste. I'm sure the writer was trying to insert a bit of drama to make us realize that there is a cost to war; that friends can be lost and there is sometimes nothing we can do to save them.. but the way it played out was needlessly..again.. forced. The companion not chosen should have died right there in the battle, not been dangled in front of us as if we might actually save them then casually murdered. That felt like I was being trolled. ..Taking the throne.. I wish there was a third, less 'extreme' option in addition to the two provided. While my Sith lord would have wanted to be Empress, that speech at the end... definitely NOT how she would have presented herself. The light side option seemed to fit okay for a Jedi. Overall, some good, some bad... I give it a 7/10; more good than bad, as i still overall enjoyed playing it.
  19. I think perhaps you may be confusing "stat squish" for "level squish". WoW, being the prime example, did a "stat squish" when certain character values like health and damage began to reach extremely high numbers, which might have begun to cause issues on the back end. This was an across-the board change that simply lowered the perceived numbers on both player characters and NPC mobs, but the relative power of player characters vs. mobs remained basically the same. At no time was there any reduction in actual character levels. IMO I don't think this game has yet reached the point where a stat squish would be needed.
  20. The ticket was the proper recourse. I don't think you are allowed to name characters like this in the forums.
  21. ..lack of more character customization options (some of which have been requested for years), even though it's a fairly good chance people would pay for these in the cartel market if offered. I.E. More hairstyles for all species, more tattoo options, NO tattoo options for the races who have them, body tattoos to match the facial ones, etc, etc.
  22. I agree that a respawn rate adjustment is probably the simplest fix for all of these. The other areas mentioned that have a quick spawn rate do not seem to get these complaints. A summon button for Possessed Hunter (similar to Personal Challenge) would be ideal for that one, IMO.
  23. Please, do NOT revert this. In fact I think many folks would be quite happy if you applied it to all the KOTFE companions with normal models who are able to wear regular cosmetic gear. That this exists demonstrates that it could indeed be applied to others. TBH I personally have seen a number of Shae companions around and not ONE of them has been in a slavegirl outfit. I imagine there might be a few but at least in my experience so far it has not been a rule, and should not be a concern even if it was... which it doesn't seem to be.
  24. My entire post is a thinly-veiled request for customization options on all the newer companions; clothing, hair, you name it. We already know they CAN allow clothing changes via the "OMG this is a bug and we'll be removing it soon" ability to equip cosmetic gear on Shae Vizla. ..which BW needs to LEAVE THE HELL ALONE PLEASE WE LIKE TO CUSTOMIZE HER THANKYOUVERYMUCH!! ..ahem. ..so they should be able to allow this on all the other KOTFE/KOTET companions who can wear normal gear; at a minimum.
  25. There's a ( flirt ) convo option for him when you first meet him again on Odessen. It goes like: "You've gotten better looking!" ..which I found hilarious, considering he changed by not one pixel. If they can give Lana a new look, they could update Theron too. ..And all the rest! Give us options for all the KOTFE companions, please!
