  1. I don't group to save people the experience of grouping with an angry, vile, and spiteful person.
  2. Exactly. There's no incentive to because it would be the exact same. The point I was trying to make is that if you added that element of chaos that I mentioned, the experience would not be the same even if I made all the same decisions. Things would differ with each successive play-through.
  3. Another thing that I wish that this game had that a lot of the Bethesda games have is the ability to kill the quest giver on a whim, complete with the fallout and ramifications of doing so. It would certainly add some more interesting things to do.
  4. Yeah. I noticed that. Even with quests that are supposed to be "ZOMG EMERGENCY!!" type of scenarios, there's no real sense of urgency. It's kind of weird.
  5. I would have to agree. It's missing an element of chaos. As the system is now, if I were to make two characters that are the same class and made the same choices, the characters would have identical experiences. What would have livened things up would be to add in a random factor to every story, sort of an unexpected side branch to the story that happens because certain unknown random circumstances have occurred outside of the player's perception. Game needs more chaos.
  6. Remember. There are no dumb questions, only dumb people.
  7. I have no doubt that TOR will excel and be successful for many of the same reasons McDonald's excels and is successful. It's cheap and easy.
  8. So that would be why the artists are talentless hacks and this game gives a new definition to the term Fugly?
  9. I know that, but it's all about cheap entertainment and giggles.
  10. Better be sure to crash in to things to make it believable. Thing "Greatest American Hero" level of terrible flying.
  11. All I can say is that I hope not, and the glut of all these games coming out causes an "MMO Crash" similar to the video game crash in the late 70s to early 80s. The entire industry needs to collapse and start over.
  12. Denis Leary. He would have to be completely uncensored to make it believable, though.
  13. As I'm not going to give Bioware credit for story (We already know they can write a story) my decision will be based on everything else. If the gameplay doesn't live up to anything remotely good to me, then I'll just play through the BH story, kill my sub, and catch the rest of the stories on Youtube.
  14. All I know is I'd rather be playing SWG. No, not the EMU. While a good effort, it's broken far worse than the live game could ever hope to have been. Eh. I'll just vent frustration and anger towards the people I run across in game, all kept well within the TOS, of course.
  15. All of them, and I would skin them to make fashionable furniture for my ship.
  16. IMO the current mod system is an over-engineered mess cooked up by bored programmers who wanted to pat themselves on the back instead of sticking to the KISS method of systems design. An A-tab would have been much cleaner.
  17. About as much impact as a bug on a windshield. WoW had more of an impact on WoW's subs.
