You can find the Vaylin holostatue near the end of the chapter where you are disguised as a Zukuul Knight. They are on the table in the grand foyer area. You will see them on the table there when the battle breaks out between Arcann's side and Vaylin's side.

No the dailies is not a bug. There is a stickie in the general forum area on the dailies for heroics

No. You can select if you want LS or DS points for doing things. There is a global server LvD toggle and can select darkside or lightside and then anything you do you will get the corresponding points.

Log out to character select works for me everytime. Done it multiple times a day since easy access

Log to character select then exit the game.

You will never know if they are in game as then players will harass them. If they play they will have personal accounts.

Only customer service can fix it as they can go in and move your toon to the fleet. You need to send them a ticket again and explain that you are stuck in another player's stronghold and that you need this toon moved to the fleet.

My game crashed while on chapter 2 so probably about 30 mins in to my gaming time. And it wasn't to an overheating computer as I have a cooling pad for my laptop and the laptop was barely even warm. With the engine and graphic updates other people had to adjust their settings as things weren't appearing correctly. So like I mentioned I adjusted my settings and I have not had a single crash since.

They aren't rolling it back. Where are you getting that from.

They did say that the DvL points are gained from everything now which means story quests, from killing mobs, flashpoints and more. From the patch notes. That toggle applies to everything you do now hence why you need 100k points to reach Dark V or Light V

Make sure the DvL toggle is set to light side as I bet that is where you are getting your darkside points from.

And with this xpac they did some tweaks to the engine and graphics. So if you haven't even touched your graphics settings and keep getting crashes then maybe you should look at the settings.
