I'm sure it's been said by this point but, I think the single worst thing are the people constantly complaining non-constructively on the forums! Too clunky isn't really a description of what your problem is and provides no useful info on how you think the problem should be fixed.

At this point outside of what you mention I think it's pretty much the proton torpedo tubes and the epic loot box. Don't think there is much else. At least not at this time.

Nope. Why? The reasons you just gave. First, they were drunk? They should be forced to keep it just so every time they see it they will think "man that was stupid. maybe I shouldn't get sloppy drunk." Second, they typed it wrong? LOL! The legacy system is a fairly important feature to you characters, if they couldn't type it right the first time what on earth makes you think they would have the ability to type it right the second time? Last, didn't know what they were doing? Then that's just plain incompetence or laziness. No hand holding for idiots. I think a better idea would be for people to pay attention to what they are doing.

Yes they will. The gm who refunded the person I know stated they used a "token system" of some king giving a maximum amount of uses in a specific period of time. So apparently there is already a system in place to deal with it. I personally have never had to do this I am just relaying the information. I will also say again that I agree there should be a 30 minute buy back on commendation gear.

Oh I 100% agree. A 30 min buy back from vendors on items would be great, and it's a phenomenal waste of gm time to have to deal with this. Unfortunately it's the only way to get a refund on a mistaken purchase right now so I was letting the OP know.

Submit a ticket saying you accidentally bought the wrong item. A gm should be able to refund you. My understanding is you can do that a maximum of 3 times in like a 6 month or 1 year period so use them carefully. I know at least one person who was refunded this way.

Nope. By your reasoning on cost of the game everyone who bought a CE should pay less per month than you do. At which point you would probably complain about that. I almost wish they would raise the price by 5 bucks to get rid of people who complain about the price. I'd gladly pay a little extra to keep the riffraff out.

What does being a PC game have to do with it? Gamestop it a video game store not a console game store. Agreed they do carry more console titles than PC titles but so does every other retailer out there. That and I do remember midnight launches for Wrath and Cata for WoW at Gamestop. Incidentally I'm gonna call shenanigans on this thread. Because having talked to the local store where I pre-ordered mine they will be open at midnight. If the OP's store isn't going to be open that is a local decision.

I wouldn't really recommend it for this game from personal experience. I have an HD 5450 2gb card and my frame rates were pretty bad. I would say like the other poster get something better, and replacing the PSU to do it wouldn't hurt. The HD 6770 only requires a 450w PSU I think and runs the game just fine for me. Now, we are talking $100 card vs. a $40 card, but trust me it will be WELL worth the difference. *edit* Missed the slim tower case part. That sucks. I would almost recommend starting from scratch and building a new comp at that point.

To even post this 5 days into early access is ridiculous. The game hasn't even officially launched and cries for free transfers. Just reroll. Period. Some friends hit 15-25 already?! Oh my goodness it's the end of the world. That's like a whole day, maybe two days worth of work solo. If you all roll together and play together even faster. Asking for free transfers at this point is just plain laziness.
