  1. Not if they bumped new people down to lower population servers. That would take care of the que completly. And they can look and see if you just made a character on a high population server or not. I'm sure there is something that tracks the playtime of your character.
  2. Everyone is going on aout the two weeks part of his post. Did you all miss the part before it? The word example. I read his post as wanting two weeks if his que wait totaled that. He's not asking for 2 weeks for one 15min que time. He's wanting compensation for cumilative time lost due to que times brought on by the influx of new players to servers that were once medium population. I agree. Why should those of us that paid before and some caeses more than the new players be locked out of our already established charaters and reroll for new people coming in. I don't start a console game from the beginning each time I play, and be damned if I'll do it on an MMO. I'd never get anywhere. Bioware should boot newer players from high population servers down to the lower ones. If it's a friend or a guild mate, a person could send them a server invite to their registered account that would grant them access. And get rid of the damn credit farmers we report as spam instead of opening tickets on them. That would free up a couple hundred spots.
  3. I think when a preorder logs in and selects a server, it should kick a retail release out. I mean, they waited till the 20th to buy the game, they can wait to play it too. I forked out my $150 to get my CE the day after preorder was announced. I should not have to wait to log into my already created and leveled character while some new person is bumbling around a starter zone.
  4. If I had a blue saber as a light side Sith, and it bothered people for RP purposes. I'd tell them it belonged to my former Jedi Master and I took it after I killed them. It serves as a reminder to never let my guard down or be like that trusting fool.
  5. Probably the best suggestion really. Cause if you want real immersion, people don't run around with name tags in real life. Turn off general chat, and if they come into your local range, ignore them. Then you're not bothered by silly names. Might make getting someone to know you're talking to them a bit dificult. Suppose you'll just have to select them to know who they are so you can address them.

  7. In terms of specs, yes it was an upgrade. My 9200 doesn't support direct x 11, or any of that other nice stuff the 210 has. The 210 also has 1GB of memory for the graphics card. not the 256MB my 9200 has. All around it was a better card, but it's just to big for my small computer. Think I'll just haul my computer to Best Buy. No one has given me any affordable options really. The 9200 does okay with no shadows. I just want a card that 25fps is the lowest I have to deal with, not my highest best hope.
  8. Acer Aspire 4 3/4 Inches wide Anthlon II X2 255 Dual-Core processor 4GB DDR3 Memory 1TB HDD NVIDIA GeForce 9200 graphics card 9th generation came out in 2008 I think. I bought the Computer last year around November. I handles the game pretty well with no shadows and settings on low except for a few I have on Medium. Get 22-25FPS pretty steady. The GeForce 210 that I bought is a 10th generation card but is to wide for my case.
  9. Her posts thank you. I bought a GeForce 210, and it doesn't fit. One of the plugs sticks out and I can't get my cover back on it. So I know those two won't fit cause they're about the same physical configuration. The Radeons look like they'll fit. Not as strangely shaped as he NVIDIA card I bought. My computer does okay now. 20-25 fps with shadows off. Just looking to get up around 35-40 with low shadows and medium settings. Rig has a 1 TB HDD which is why I want to stick with it and it takes up little room.
  10. How about the Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR5 4.0GHz clock speed. It's in my price range if I go to the store and pick it up. Looks small enough to fit. Doesn't say what PSU is needed. Might have to save up for a better one if it fits.
  11. I can't really just go out and spend more money. I'm tryin to stay in the range of the GeForce 210 I bought so I can return it and get the new card.
  12. My whole tower is only about 4 3/4 inches wide. The 210 card has a plug that sticks out so I can't put my cover back on. This Radeon is supposed to be a low profile card. My computer has a Anthlon II X2 255 Dual Core and 4GB DDR3. Only thing is the GeForce 9200 is integrated like on a laptop to fit the small case. I only get 20-25 fps with it on low settings. Just want to bump up my fps some so I can move up to medium settins and be at least around 30 fps.
  13. Found a card for $40. I think it's the only one that will squeeze inside my slim computer tower. Is it any good? Radeon HD 5450 1GB DDR3 650MHz clock speed I might have to upgrade my psu.. the GeForce 210 I bought is to wide for my case and needs 300watts of power. My PSU only puts out 220. Any idea in a good small PSU?
  14. I bought a GeForce 210 graphics card. My compiter has a PCI Express slot, but the card does not fit inside the narrow case of my pc when the card is inserted. It has an extra port on it that sticks out to the left of the card when you have it placed upright with the fan pointed up. My computer has an integrated GeForce 9200, guessing it was built for a laptop originally and used to fit in the small case with an extra port to upgrade it later. Have an Athlon II X2 255 Dual Core processor and 4GB DDR3. It looks ike my PSU is only 220watts and the card I got needs 300watts. Does anyone know of a card that is as powerful as the Geforce 210 but is only 4 1/2 inches wide? My case is 4 3/4 wide so I need a PCI Express card that can fit and run with 220 watts or also a small psu in the 300watt range. Help? Also, would it hurt to just leave my case open on the one side if I can't find a small card and PSU so I can let them stick out a bit?
  15. Acer Aspire AX3400G-U4802 Looks like the GeForce 9200 card is integrated into the motherboard on this one or has something like a laptop card inside of it. I found out the slot is a PCI Express slot, but my card has a plug connector that would stick out pass the case.
