'Fanboy', 'hater', 'troll'. Most often I've found these labels to be barriers to conversation rather than bridges across it.
Something to do with reducing a person to a label in order to reconcile a point of view that conflicts with the one you're more accustomed to, I think.
But lets be fair, as soon as you start thinking of something as "your game", you're probably in trouble. Played WoW for 7 years, It was never "my" game, but it was fun while it lasted. And every person I played with was just another person trying to have a good time, for the most part- each equally capable of being both eloquent and ham-handed in their ability to express things.
