I got it, my first and only orange light armor pants in synthweaving! The icon got me excited but it turns out it looks exactly the same as the Alderaan commendations one that I have been using for ages... /facepalm

btw this won't get you more slots but you can add keybindings to slots on those extra bars, just browse the keybinding menu. Can't do much about the position on the screen but that way you can make them easy to use with the keyboard.

I wouldn't conclude too much from looking at the forums. People who enjoy the game are too busy playing while people with complaints come to the forums to complain.

Lawless Sands? Exit the Dune Sea through the southern exit, if you're Republic then you have to be careful because of a nearby Imp base. Now explore the area north from that Imp base to complete the quest. Good luck. p.s. read the comments here if you still have troubles

I totally agree but I think this is way more relevant to tanks. I would give it a try with a bit less armor if I were you.

Yeah, there sure is some room for improvement here. You can even learn something you already know, thus wasting the schematic. In WoW you could just link your profession so that people could browse what you can make, that was very handy.

Oh I see, don't know any, sorry. Maybe there's a list of vendored items on torhead if you know the exact names of the vendors. No list by looking up the item 'daily commendation'.

I only know for Republic, but I assume Empire is almost the same. Go to Ilum, go into the building nearby and look for Mission Support Vendors, there should be a few different ones with different kinds of items. I read that they are also on Belsavis, but haven't bumped into those yet.

Only you know what you like, but here's some tips: - Take a random name you like and make it a bit more "alien" by replacing letters. Examples: John -> Jonn, Jack -> Jaqh, Gary -> Gar'ii, Peter -> Pih-Terr - Get inspiration from names in the Wookieepedia or here. Give them a little twist or combine two to get something unique. Those higher level areas are where the planet's "Bonus Series" take place. I think the OP got those kind of missions. I think those get offered to you as long as you haven't done them yet, regardless of if they still give you XP.

I liked the "How about I shoot you in the face?" From BH, one of the first missions.

It's probably not near ground level like almost everything, look up and see if you can click anything there.

Can you get very many social points from Heroics? Nope, for now doing more BT would be fastest. Should I not worry about it much now? I wouldn't, the gear is just to look different, so no reason for worries. Besides, you can already get most nice stuff with that tier III. Are there dailies or other things to do at end game for social points? Nope, not really. BT is still fastest.

The example you linked says it's a reward for Republic players. So, just go for that one? Not sure how many 'helmet looking' headgear there is that doesn't say "requires class X". Ask armormechs ('helmets') and synthweavers ('masks') if there's any in there, browse the GTN. I got a typical trooper looking helmet for my consular companion Qyzen, he can't use anything that requires the trooper class so that one didn't have that requirement (think it was from commendations). Not sure how the Nar Shaddaa GTN is going to help, since you need an item that doesn't require a certain class and it looks to me like both factions have the same chance at getting a certain schematic. I would only go there to sell items/schematics that require an empire class. Good luck with the hunt

I suspect it's from a high level operation or flashpoint because that same model is used for 'high' pvp gear, but with different colors. Browse the pvp vendors on the fleet to see those. p.s. there's a sub-forum for sages
