Ok, I am going over your report. Your system looks nice. One of the things I noticed is that you have a low end CPU. (i core 3) but still should not cause that much of an issue. I would recommend an i5 chip or higher. 600 watts is a little low on the power supply. I would recommend a 750. Do you have anything running in the background like Steam? What kind of AV are you using? Try disabling unneeded programs from starting up in MSCONFIG. Be Careful using this utility please. Look up any items that you feel suspicious about using google. Your RAM is fine. I will look into this some more later. My lunch is over now. I looked up your HDD: Barracuda 7200.12 SATA 3Gb/s 1TB Hard Drive and this should not be an issue. After looking at everything, the CHIP is the only thing that stands out that might be a problem as hardware goes. Make sure you look at what is running in your background and how you have your windows performance settings set. Try setting this to performance and make sure it is set for best performance to programs and not background. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card and that you check it's heat levels. Overheating of the card can cause sluggish performance. I am still researching your DXdiag. Make sure your power settings are set to performance also. Use this site to help tune up your Windows 7: Windows 7 Performance Tune UP If you have any other specific questions please feel free to ask.
