Ok, I am going over your report. Your system looks nice. One of the things I noticed is that you have a low end CPU. (i core 3) but still should not cause that much of an issue. I would recommend an i5 chip or higher. 600 watts is a little low on the power supply. I would recommend a 750. Do you have anything running in the background like Steam? What kind of AV are you using? Try disabling unneeded programs from starting up in MSCONFIG. Be Careful using this utility please. Look up any items that you feel suspicious about using google. Your RAM is fine. I will look into this some more later. My lunch is over now. I looked up your HDD: Barracuda 7200.12 SATA 3Gb/s 1TB Hard Drive and this should not be an issue. After looking at everything, the CHIP is the only thing that stands out that might be a problem as hardware goes. Make sure you look at what is running in your background and how you have your windows performance settings set. Try setting this to performance and make sure it is set for best performance to programs and not background. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card and that you check it's heat levels. Overheating of the card can cause sluggish performance. I am still researching your DXdiag. Make sure your power settings are set to performance also. We need more information about your computer then just your video card. What OS are you running? Windows 7 64bit allows you to have more then 3GBs of RAM. What Hard Drive do you have? If it has a slow read rate that can cause problems. What CPU are you using? More and more games are relying on more computing power. What kind of motherboard are you using? What is your Bus Speed. What kind of RAM are you using? Not all RAM is created equally. How much RAM do you have? 2 GBs is not going to give much performance boost. What Resolution are you running? Your video card might be having a hard time rendering in a higher resolution. Do you have a large enough power supply to compensate for the power consumption of your card? a 300 Watt power supply is not adequate. Are you playing on a laptop? Most laptops are not meant for gaming purposes. What kind of internet connection do you have? Low or bad connections can cause many forms problems. Have you port forwarded bioware's gaming ports on to your computer on your router? There can be all kinds of problems why your performance does not match a person with a similar card. We need more information, run a DXDIAG and then post it here for us to go over.

I am running an old ATI 4770 and I can run at highest settings as long as I have shadows turned off. Once I turn on shadows even at the lowest settings the game is unplayable.
