This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm on fixed wireless which gets me 1mb/s and has a cap... There needs to be some kind of compensation for this.

I -didn't- get the side quest mentioned, but travelling to this location allowed me to proceed. That seem to be the key. Go to these coordinates, not the ones marked on the map.
