The lady who spoke extremely broken English had no idea what I was talking about. Put me on hold three times. Picked up the phone the last time and said "the issue will be escalated, someone might call you within 24 hours, please be waiting, sorry" and hung up.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME, BIOWARE?! If this is the level of support I am to expect, it makes my decision quite simple when it comes to a subscription.
