  1. Same here. Resubbed for KOTET tomorrow, can't advance past Chapter XVI. Completely unable to move in the final phase of Arcann fight. Well done.
  2. Legacy perk: Field Respecialization And respeccing is free for subscribers. Basically, subscribers can have whatever spec they want at any time for no credit cost. It'd be nice if we could save hotbar layouts, though.
  3. Operatives and Scoundrels are already bottom-feeders when it comes to PvE DPS viability. After 1.1.1, no group that wants to do the best it can will bring a Scoundrel or Operative in for DPS. BioWare already proving they listen to the person who cries the loudest, and doesn't listen to reason. These nerfs are far too much and are going to completely cripple the AC. Scoundrels and Operatives may as well spec healing (which is also pretty laughable) if they want to be accepted anywhere. But hey, if they listen to the community as well as they did about Ilum, I'm sure everything will turn out A-OK.
  4. Smugglers and Bounty Hunters should have been in a Neutral faction, along with a melee DPS/tank class. When will any developer realize that balancing a two-faction MMO DOES NOT WORK.
  5. You must be new around here. BioWare listens to NONE of the feedback that their players give them. Just look at the state the game shipped in. At least 50 bugs that had been present throughout beta were there for launch. Ability delay had 1000+ posts EVERY beta, and wasn't acknowledged until 4000+ posts after release. BioWare is going to continue doing what they do. Ignore the fact that they are drowning and keep calling it a success, while pushing out trash like 1.1 that just further breaks the game. I have seen dozens and dozens of posts by people who suggest a TINY change to the game where I find myself saying, "wow, that'd actually be pretty awesome" and nothing happens. BioWare cares not what the community thinks, only that they keep paying.
  6. 1.1 is such a massive failure, and BioWare is completely mum. I feel sorry for the saps that stick around for 1.2.
  7. This is the update and official response on the state of Ilum? Wow. Don't ignore the fact that massive faction imbalance makes it pointless for Republic to even consider going to Ilum. Or the fact that controlling bases means next to nothing when you're outnumbered 30:1. Ilum is a massive fail. BioWare needs to get their head on straight and ADMIT THAT THEY FAILED. These "fixes" are a band-aid on a broken leg.
  8. BioWare has made it relatively clear at this point: they don't care what the community thinks or wants. As every day goes by this game feels more and more like a pump-&-dump.
  9. What are you really expecting at this point? In fairness, Ilum was broken before. But at least people went there. Now it'll be nothing more than a ghost town. Easily the worst designed PvP area of all time.
  10. Now they just need to convert existing gear tokens in your inventory to the generic tokens so I can do something with all of the main hand weapon tokens I have no use for.
  11. No, it's funny that he made this thread once already and is blatantly trolling for BioWare/EA flaming.
  12. Question: are there plans to add more vanity pets and non-mechanical mounts to the game? Stephen Reid's response: Non-mechanical mounts - maybe, it's a technical challenge, I've been told
  13. Not a specifically PvP discussion but thank you for your incredibly helpful input.
