Installing the repair tool, then deleting bit raider worked for me.

Eternal level. Got the alert. Talked to her and welcomed her to my alliance. She is nowhere to be seen. Used the holo device and it said I already had the quest for her. No quest in my log. Used the holo device on an alt and she showed up for that toon.

35 cubes in a hypercrate. I got 2 gold items (white crystal and Exchange Corporate Shirt), 1 silver (Karness Muur Armor Set). The rest were all bronze items 3 crystals, 4 health generating toys, 2 emotes, 6 titles, 2 weapons, 2 decorations, red eyes, 3 companion customizations, 2 mounts and other random crap. Overall, I would prefer to get the items from the pack I'm purchasing instead of past packs. I was not able to complete any of the current armor sets with this hypercrate If this holds true for the future, it will take 3 hypercrates to complete an armor set that would have previously been bronze.

Since it took them a month to answer my timers were definitely gone. The sets that didn't unlock for me were: Dramatic Extrovert Mira's Trophy Hunter's Mask Elite Regulator Set Resplendent Crown of Avarice The last two are reputation only, but still have an unlock in achievements.

Support is still claiming that reputation items should not unlock collections. I finally got a response from in game ticket after a month.

I also only received the Taun Taun code. I was preregistered and was not late. The code page also says I don't have a sharable code even after logging out and relogging.
