I had the same thing happen with my account. There was a 10 hour lapse in my subscription because SWTOR didn't send the renewal request to Paypal. After several calls between Paypal and SWTOR customer service, they determined that it was in fact something on their end. And while they couldn't promise I won't have a small hiccup for the HK-55 Special Mission when it becomes available, there is a lengthy explanation on my account so that it will be unlocked.

At this point I will gladly let them play my character for themselves to show, "this really is broken" and not something foolish Every Single Agent must be doing. In fact I'm begging them to.

Obviously we are all still here with no word on when Chapter X will finally complete for us. BUT.......has anyone else been able to have Kaliyo spawn, build influence with gifts, change appearance but she won't go on crew skill missions.

Well now this is just silly. Yes, on my agent, Chapter X won't complete. I create a general ticket, get an e-mail response asking me to create a ticket under "bug reports." I create a ticket under bug reports, get a response asking me to make a ticket under the specific category "missions." I create a ticket under missions explaining the whole situation a third time now, just got a response asking me to create a topic under the "Suggestion Box" on the forums. And a round-a-round we go.

I too have been scouring the market trying to finally get this title. In addition to opening a hypercrate of the Enforcers Pack hoping it might have gotten rolled into there. Obviously I can't say they aren't there for certain, but kind of a bummer if it is an oversight. Guess I'll have to wait and see on the Title Packs after the expansion too.

Actually I was referring more to the pet items that were linked to game cards, a bunch of which were never released properly or not at all. For "unique" items that were part of pre-orders or choices made along the way, you and I actually agree. I thought this may be a happy medium for all those vanity pet collectors out there such as myself. Since the game introduced vanity pets which we tied to buying cartel coin game cards there has been ongoing issues on their availability. Some game cards never got properly released or were in such limited/accidental quantities only a handful even even came close to getting them. Other vanity pets were tied to different achievements, events, etc. or somehow are in the game but unattainable for a variety of reasons. Now the suggestion. Perhaps it would be good if when ordering cartel coins off swtor.com that part of the purchase is a vanity pet code. Personally I wouldn't even care if the code was only tied to the highest value cartel coin purchase. It would just be nice to have some way of attaining some of these long-lost pets. Pets tied to the "current" store-bought cards don't get added into the available swtor.com coin store until they are phased out. Just an idea.

Been here since the beta just before the Orange Pixel (Almost brought back my brand new flatscreen, thinking our Orange friend was a bad pixel). Bought the Collectors Edition, have been subscribed the entire time with no lapses. Just like with anyone's life, things come up and for short durations I can't play as much as I'd like to. All in all, no regrets sticking with this game, continue to enjoy it and look forward to what's coming up next.

YES! Watcher 2 would make a great companion. Definitely one of those I wish would have been from the start.

If it IS a one-way trip, I personally don't have a problem with it, with a little heads-up as the release gets nearer of course. But I'll be pretty darn picky about which ones I send up to the new storyline. At the very least, I won't sign them all up for the deep freeze at once!
