I don't think Anthem is going to fail but i DO think its not going to live up to EA's unrealistic expectations which is worse then failing. Just like Dead Space 3, Dead Space 1 and 2 where hits not huge hits but hits then EA pumped a ton of money into DS3 and it did better then 1 and 2... but failed to meet expectations that were impossible.

again this isn't a standard Military in Star Wars it's a aristocratic military run by women of nobility, it's always been that way in Star Wars. and again Poe is essentially her adopted son she raised him. So slapping him isn't out of character

so.. it comes across like you haven't seen any Star Wars movies before. This part in particular. If you had you would notice that the Rebels/Reistance isn't a typical military. They tend to be run by female royalty or at least by the aristocracy In TPM we have Queen Amidala leading the armies of Naboo, in the OT we have the Rebeillion led by Mon Mothma and other people of nobility. and now we have Princess Leia. In fact the more militaristic rebellions like Saw Garrara's rebles are kicked out for being to harsh. Point being in no way is this bad writitng or a big FU to the military. They are NOT a earth style miiliary as clearly shown being led by woman of noblitiy. Oh plus you have Poe Dameron being raised by Leia so yeah... there is that too

no it's not. They only removed 1/2 star reviews. Yes IMDB does moderate their reviews more. They don't accept reviews from the same IP addresses. Oh cool are we allowed to use anadoctel evidence now? If the movie really was at 42% hating it, then it never would have been the 2nd most succesful Star Wars movie of all time. I do think a portion of the hard core fan base hates it but that;'s a small about maybe 1/3 Also way to avoid the fact that the angry fans are STILL writing negative reviews on RT 2 months after it's been out of theaters. It didn't break the fanbase anymore then the Prequels did.

and RT is full of people creating multilple accounts just to bring the score down. The fact that now 2 months after its been out of most theaters there are still 20+ new accounts made just to give it a 1 star rating. IMDB fan rating is at 7.2 with almost double the votes Nuff said.

yes 100 is more then 89... however that's not even close to a reasonable sample size. The poll would still be completely meaningless... especially since i can just hop ips and vote multiple times. For even a even basic level of accuracy you would need a sample size of at least 100,000 people.

exactly you would just have to build massive capital ships just to be used as a 1 time missile. We see that rebels/resistance have a hard time of getting ships in the first place. It's the same reason we don't use Aircraft carriers as giant rams and just ram them into enemy ships.
