  1. Not atm, what you have is what you have.
  2. Man that sucks. I run a Quad q9400, 8 GB/ram and a GTX560 TI. I have never hit a 5 minute mark on planet loading (In fact it's mostly less then a min). If you're not embellishing to make your point that planet load times can suck, then I feel for you, because that would be frustrating.
  3. Well, I'd say you guys narrowed that down pretty fast.
  4. You know, up until about 2-4 weeks ago SoAP was pretty good for PvP Q's (Imperial Side). I never had a problem getting into a Warzone (usually played somewhere between 5pm - 11pm PDT) in a timely manner. I doubt we will be a destination, and at this point, I don't think there is enough PVP-E players left over. Combining the remaining servers would still make us feel like a crappy consolation destination when compared to the uber pop of the Fatman. All I know is that I stopped playing SWTOR for a few weeks, and when I left our PVP Q's were popping, and now that I'm back.... well you know the answer to that. Not sure where you heard that we had "Dev's" playing on our server... sure hope I rolled a few with my IA. Let's hope for the best Cards.
  5. Please allow this to happen. My guilds gone, and I no longer want to put up with the increased latency and irregular population hours for east coast play. Let me come home Bioware, let me come home.
  6. Contact customer service. I am sure they will either correct the situation (assuming you are correct) or at the very least get it reported as a bug so that other's may benefit from your misfortune. I'm curious what the specifics of your issue are? When merging legacy's the system takes the highest level of what you have acquired.
  7. So now you wait for the character transfer program to reach the point in it's rollout where it will eventually lead to an open system (probably paid) where you can transfer to which ever server you'd like. Being that this is phase 1 of a multi-tiered implementation, I expect it will be a little bit down the road.
  8. The only crappy part is that I will be stuck in the East coast server until another phase of transfers opens up. It wouldn't be so bad if my guild was still playing, but they aren't. So all thing being equal I would rather play on my own coast (west).
  9. No, it's not irrelevant. Bioware didn't post this question to the community on 5.2.12 and then create Makeb in the 5 weeks since (and oh btw - who in the 100+ pages of suggestions came up with Makeb? None of us). Makeb was in development before James put out his feelers on this topic.
  10. This should help you get a handle on whats been going on. http://www.swtor.com/patchnotes
  11. While the stats could always be changed via mods, the armor value could not, and this is where peoples complaints originate and end.
  12. I know this isn't exact, but the Belsavis Prison clothing is "in the ballpark". The belt in the attached screenshot is the players own, so it looks a bit out of place.
  13. Gamebreaker is about as amateur as you can get. They stink of desperation for views. The guy that looks like a cross between a wookiee and a targ called himself a journalist one day, true story.
  14. This is pretty much what I use and I love it.
  15. Don't fret, lots of Snipers make the mistake of packing up shop just because someone is in their comfort zone. I'm not saying its always great to stand your ground (or crouch) but Snipers high tailing when they could have just shot off a couple more rounds and ended things frustrates me to know end. Of course it is situational and depends on a myriad of factors up to and including spec. The fact that you realize you do it is a good start.
  16. Exactly, I use Grenade before Dart for that very reason.
  17. I agree with everything except 1 through 15.
  18. The turret fight is very very simple and here's how. Have each member shoot across the middle towards the person across from them. For example I will use N, E, S, W N fires S , S fires N, E to W and W to E, you get sooo much more coverage this way and everyone can see almost the entire field and react. Every 1 has 3 other people watching their back. Try it and save yourselves some headaches.
  19. You can grab a similar setup pretty easily from the Agent Legacy vendor in Kass city: Here's what the Legacy set looks like in game: http://dulfy.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/legacyvendorempire1.jpg
  20. I have 2 of my allotted 3 bank tabs filled with moddable gear & weapons. Which is to say I alternate between many different looks depending on my mood. There are other rifles I would prefer to use, however the 10KK in this shot has an augment slot so I roll with it (not that I mind the green camo against the white uniform). Here is a shot of my current setup though: Kaptain - IA Sniper http://plasmon.rghost.net/37741850.image *When I took this I realized my settings were turned down for PVP, so perhaps not the most clear image.
  21. I like this look, though I do alternate in the Medic Helm from time to time. Once color match for head slot is fixed I'll probably move over to my Civilian pilot helm. I would also like to use my Rakata gun, but this 10kk has an Aug slot on it, not that I mind the contrast with the white armor / green camo gun. 22. Thing is, I don't even mind this gear but the colors make my eyes bleed.
  23. Another troll rolled up in warzones by Snipers. Game on brosephine.
