  1. Can't wait for 1.4 changes to my fully Aug'd WH geared Commando Medic with unlimited warzone adrenals Muahahahahah! Unstoppable healing when guarded and they are going to give me snare, interrupt, and shorten range of cryo-grenade (WOUPPPPPPP-DDD-DOO). They are giving Commando Medics far more utility and I can't wait. Get ready to stay alive forever.
  2. Fire can be used playing defense, jump in, respawn and defend. Fire is fine. I also walk through the fire snared using shield, and both warzone adrenals and all instacast heals and live. MUAHAHA it really pisses people off.
  3. Lvl 50 Commando (heal spec). I have Legacy Bracers and Orange belt, both have 58 rated pve armoring and BM rated 58 mods, soon to be 61 rated armoring and wh mods. I have 19.5k HP and as a healer, the extra hp is more helpful than the expertise at the moment. I have a longer window of survivability, more time to hold an objective, more time to healtank, a "heavier" distraction role.... In 1.3, they are reducing the Commando's Heavy Trooper ability which will result in a decrease of 4% for heals on self. I may switch and put on my WH belt and bracers when 1.3 hits and see the difference. One thing to consider is that in 1.3 everything is Augmentable.
  4. Who cares how any of the information given "makes you feel." Seriously YOU aren't important, the community and the server population is important. YOU are not a server or population, you are a single player. People, get over yourselves. All this whining is the fault of social media, making people think their sole opinion or voice matters. Bioware is looking at populations and faction imbalances and knows that populations are going to change dramatically over the weekend. Instead of blindly making transfer decisions they are using at best A FEW DAYS WORTH of population data since transfers opened up and weekday/weekend population data from servers like Fatman and other previously high population servers. They are making Server Population, Server Stability, and Faction Balance their highest priorities instead of giving in to the demands of selfish fools who cannot see past their selfish desires. Learn to think first before you make a mindless knee jerk reaction and thing might just start making sense.
  5. Wow. Definitely grounds for losing ones ****. That's got to be such a boring way to gear up. This happens ALL THE TIME, people need to get their head out of the sand on Huttball. Sometimes I think peoples brains on are rails just like the space combat.
  6. hahaha, I love when they do that. It's such a complement to skill. This is always a sign of the enemy giving up. They will only kill me once, after that its full on utility, stunning, aoe dmg (commandos have a **** load), and playing distraction. I always smile at the end of these hb matches.
  7. Healers can play great distraction roles using multiple abilities. My favorite is heroically charging at a zerg with all my relics popped and shield up and slow down the enemy incs for a couple seconds. Yes I will likely die, but I've given my team the extra couple seconds to cap an objective. Got to be smart about things like this because your always worth more to your team alive. Learn how to keep distance using your knockbacks, stuns and saps strategically. Just because your standing still blasting heals untouched doesn't mean you shouldn't be on the defensive by checking your 6, see whats inc, see if the enemy is capping in obj matches. Simple mechanics stuff like no-cast main heals can follow a cast heal providing very bursty healing. Instead of kiting them away, throw a target on them and run them through your dps. (auto run and type fast) Setting targets on Enemies can be binded to your keyboard, bind them and get use to using them. I've thrown out "Mid, need heals," "West, need guard" "on my target" in ops chat and usually get some aid. The better people you play with the better and faster they will correctly respond and take action to help clear you so you can return to healing duty. DPS and Tanks enjoy staying alive, hell everybody does! The good ones know that to keep themselves alive, they need to do their best to keep the healer alive.
  8. Play a commando healer....It's funny how butt hurt so many commando medic's were about the 1.2 "nerfs" and now they are taking away a little bit of our survivability but also taking away the adrenals/stims that gave the dps that extra burstiness that always seems to be too much to overcome, even with Reactive Shield up. Commando medics that stuck it out will now be VERY hard to kill in full WH gear. Bursty dps is the only thing that really kills me and it looks like its going to be nerfed in 1.3. Can't wait for my "nerfs" in 1.3
  9. Playing a close to full War Hero geared combat medic with 19k+ health. If I'm not guarded and get focused by more than 2 decent dps, they can easily interrupt me constantly and burn right through me if I don't have my shield off cooldown. Without my Reactive Shield, I'm just as killable as anything, but for those 15 seconds its active, I can keep everyone alive. We really can't get away, most classes can slow us, pull us back, always something countering my knockback it seems. Sometimes the knockback feels useless, aside from using it to clear objectives and knock people into hazards. Commando survivability is getting nerfed by the Heavy Trooper ability I believe.(Lower Heal Self%) Been awhile since I've reread the patch notes. If they do this, I wish they would GET RID OF OUR HEAL BEAM. I'll take the survivability nerf, just please turn that animation into something less COME GET ME I'M HEALING, anything but the beam.
  10. See ... http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=479513
  11. It's crap community like this that gives you a bad experience. Stop with all the negativity and enjoy the game a newly increased population server. I feel like someone in the middle of the line, waiting my turn, heading to Prophecy of the Five.
  12. Yep...Q's that pop, a strong pvp community isn't all in the numbers. Piling the rest of us together should make for a strong pvp community. We're all die hards that have been waiting for this for months. We all likely can't wait to have more people, and we would definitely have a LOT more people if they put those 19 servers onto a single. Someone made a great point about early fatman rerollers going back to their original server toons. The past couple days on the server status, fatman has not been top dog. I doubt that transfers will even finish this week. It would seem like they would have to rush through them. Plus one of the dev's just posted on twitter that the amount of new servers available for transfer today will be less than the last couple days.
  13. Today's the day. See ya on the other side, wherever that may be.
  14. See below. Seems like fatman isn't the biggest dog at the moment. http://imgur.com/h6unG - Server Status on swtor.com at 6:35 Say every server that is available for transfer has 20 people on at peak time. The math isn't exact but...20 primetimers x 19 servers = 380 on fleet. I can live with numbers like that just saying. I don't want to sit in Server Q times. We don't know what the server cap is yet so...
