  1. I would not pay for extra character slots.
  2. Yes, you can even mail items to any republic alts you may have.
  3. Its easy to see why some companies have decided to not host official forums. If I were a mod here I would delete threads that broke the rules without any sort of explanation. 90% of the haters are looking for attention more than anything else, so why acknowledge them at all?
  4. That's a great idea and I wish you the best with it.
  5. The quests are not the problem, the server populations are. Don't throw the baby out with the bath water. Also, consider making friends in this MMO and even if they out level you, perhaps friends will help you out. I know, it's an odd concept in today's MMO but it still works.
  6. How exactly is your need greater than another players?
  7. Arguably the level 20 sabers/guns etc should be worth more since they can be leveled from 20-50 whereas the level 50 items can only be equipped at cap. /shrug Edit: Forget for the moment that every class gets orange weapons at the selection of their AC and/or the fact that orange gear drops in droves in the FPs ...
  8. There's more than one thread basically saying the same thing (I know as I created one) so you're not alone. Manners and appreciation for the efforts of others is not completely lost.
  9. Coke machine in my office is $0.50 a can. Coke, Diet Coke, Nestea, Ginger Ale, and Sprite. That said, $15 is nothing IF you have dispensable income. If you don't, then playing a game with a monthly sub should be the least of your concerns.
  10. I have received both. Thank you.
  11. I say the opposite, no names but no hp bars either. Less for the system to render rather than more.
  12. IMO dual spec, or multi-spec is a necessity in games nowadays since the majority of the playerbase is comprised of the the wow revolution and the classes are designed as such. [ie each AC is one of the following: tank/dps, dps/heal, ranged dps/melee dps hybrids] Again IMO, EQ1 had the right idea with class design. A huge variety in classes along with an additional leveling mechanism that allowed you to constantly improve your character. Points were not wasted as, if you put in the time, you could get everything eventually. Abilities were based on the class, not the skill/talent/AA choices. Like the majority here, I'm hoping this core feature does is not legacy level/credit restrictive.
  13. I stand corrected in that I should not have capitalized the phrase. However the point is, with the modular system of armor in this game, the vast majority of armor is chosen for looks rather than stats, further complemented by the addition of the color matching system. FWIW the Containment Set does have a Social I requirement.
  14. I've read that as well and believe it to be overdue. Furthermore, I'll make the statement that all armor is actually Social Armor if we're going to be technical.
