if your going to complain about a crew skill being OP, please get your facts straight.
the rakata medpack heals for a maximum of 3202 HP (in pvp combat, yes it is affected by the debuff), and the 15% extra HP is usless, it is empty health, and by this i mean you have 20k max HP your down to 10k hp, you use the medpack and lets say it heals you for the max amount, that would bring your health to 13202/20000, then the 15% extra health should add 3k ontop of this, bring your HP to 16202/23000, but it doesnt, it would make your hp to 13202/23000, so it is a 3.2k MAX heal in pvp combat, this is worse than the warzone medpack by alot, the warzone medpack heals my sage for 5k+, is not affected by the pvp debuff and is on the same cooldown, the only difference between the rakata medpack and the ultimate medpack, is the ultimate medpack does not increase the users max health. so if you dont like the rakata medpack being "OP" then shut up and buy the ultimate medpack or level biochem and get a reuseable because that is all biochem is, is making items that are not reusable, reuseable for the biochem only.(this stands for stims/adrenals aswell, and yes the rakta adrenal give a slightly higher amoutn of w/e stat than, but its not anywhere near worht ************ about)
