I'm probably not in the majority here, but Trandoshan. I've wanted to play as a Trandoshan BH since day one.

What progress has been made fixing the fps issues in WZ/Fleet/Ilum as addressed in many threads, including Horrid FPS and I think I know what's causing poor FPS for some users (no fix yet) ? Can you please give us some feedback on this game-breaking issue...? Something? Anything? Please?

Unfortunately, no it isn't. I also can get 60 fps under the right conditions. Anywhere there are a lot of people, the fps drops like a rock while my GPU is starved for data (gpu usage drops to 0% while it waits). When I ping and traceroute the servers I'm not seeing any considerable lag anywhere. I'm not the only one with this problem. Is there any ETA on the FPS issues being experienced by a large number of us, and can we get an update on what the plan is to fix it? Thanks.

Love the game, hate the fps issues. My sub runs out in 14 days. I can't justify paying for a game that is oftentimes unplayable for me. As excited as I was for years before its release, I can't hide my disappointment in its technical failings. If they would fix the fps and improve their customer service, I could foresee myself playing the game for many years to come. If not... well... 14 days...

Well, I updated the driver. Unfortunately, my fps issues still continue. I didn't have much hope that it would work, but it is admittedly a little disappointing. Maybe someone else will have better luck, though.

Hey, thanks for the heads-up! I think you're probably right that it is wishful thinking (everything clearly points to the bottleneck being with I/O), but we're allowed to dream, aren't we? Maybe I'll have a reason to resubscribe after all. If it resolves my issues, I'll definitely be writing a follow-up post.
