Actually you do get pulled out of Force Camo with damage. Just not DOTS. You get hit with something like a slam you get yanked right out. And the damaged reduction of Force Camo used to be 100% if you spec'd for it, now if you spec for it, you only get 50%. Mara's aren't broken. Right after 1.2 yea there were a crap load of Mara's running around. But now? At least on my server I hardly ever see more than one or two Mara's in an ops group.

Anyone know of any armor for Mara's with the hood up? I'm getting tired of the obnoxious shoulder spikes of the BM gear and War Hero stuff doesn't even look like it belongs on a Mara. Looks like it belongs on a Jugg. At least IMO.

TBH recruit gear is pretty crappy. It's the new equivalent of Centurion which was still pretty much trash in it's own right just harder to get. At least IMO.

Yea except Mara's don't have a 99% immune vanish after 1.2 It's now a 50% dam reduction IF you spec right and AOE pulls us out of stealth now.

Marauders are fine. Leave 'em be. They deal plenty of damage and if you make them anymore survivable then there's no point to even having healers.

Yes that's all well and good. ON A PVE SERVER. If you're on a RP-PvP server or an RP server you should not be walking around with the name "Derpy Derp" "Tpformybunghole" etc. And I have no problem with non-RPers joining an RP-PvP server. I just ask that if you do you respect the people that do want to RP.

It has been my understanding that people can use whatever name they like on a RP-PvP server. I think the names are enforced on a pure RP server, not sure though. But to the poster that said something about doing my RP on a RP server and PvPing on another server. That's just a pain in the butt. And while I'm RPing if I see a Jedi I want the option to attack and not worry about them being flagged for PvP or not.

Is it just me or is it just plain stupid to have RP-PvP servers without enforced RP? I mean running around seeing names like "Noobeater" and "Tpformybunghole" is completely ridiculous on an RP server of any kind. As it stands right now an RP-PvP server might as well just be a PvP server by a different name. And before the trolls come out screaming at me to go to a pure RP server this is why I don't. I prefer my RP with open world PvP. And it's not like I'm trying to force anybody to RP. Just respect the people that do want to RP because after all. You're on an RP-PvP server. Not a pure PvP server. Does anybody else feel the same way?

It's only a 'get out of combat free card' if the person attacking you is an idiot and doesn't know how to drop an AOE and pull you out of stealth. You act like people can do this repeatedly over and over. While I'm not sure on other classes I know Force Camo for Mara's has a pretty long CD.

Force Camo is definitely my "oh ****" button. However I do sometimes use it when a ranged class is trying to kite me, esp when I have deadly saber and berserk activated cause Force Camo gives you a momentary speed boost along with dropping the kiter's lock on you. That said Force Camo is only an "Oh ****" button if you're Annihilation spec. Otherwise yea you go invisible and move faster, but you can still die from DOTS

Probably a noob question but when I'm taking on a healer what signs should I looking for to tell me that they're about to heal so I can interrupt that heal?

Good write up. I just wish the Mar would get a pull/push ability. I'm tired of getting thrown around in Huttball and being unable to move other players at all.
