  1. I need to know what are the build up moves for Smash. I have an idea, at times I get crits for 4k but never the coveted 6k I am looking for. I am just not sure if I have all the moves down I need.
  2. You must be a stealthy.
  3. You are an not very intelligent. QQ more indeed. Less useless posts please as chest thumping on a forum is about a cool as a fat kid like yourself eating cake.
  4. Aren't you an insulting snarky poster. OP has no skill because OBVIOUSLY you can pull a stealther with any old AOE anytime! Why its just a simple press of a button! Listen, when you are beating down your target that suddenly vanishes you think I haven't done AOE's on the spot Johnny? I have MULTIPLE times, and guess what, it never catches them. I have only been able to pull stealthed players out of combat if they are seriously not paying attention and not moving. A stealthy was being beat on by 3 players, vanishes, and all 3 AOE and are not able to pull him out of stealth? Come on. You are over simplifying this when it is not that simple. Vanish is cheap, it has no place in combat, its a cop out for the amount of damage you already do. If you are in combat you should remain in combat until death do you part. End of story.
  5. You start a post by saying QQ more then go on crying about how stealthers don't have x ability so they definitely should be able to stealth out of combat even if they are in the middle of a fight. No not cheap at all! I didn't expect you stealth players to roll over on this post but enough is enough. If you are drawn out into combat you should not be able to simply vanish whenever you feel like. I would gladly you have pushback ability than to be able to cheaply stealth out of combat like a wuss. You make your character sound like you have no abilities, yeah right, how about how most of you can top the damage and kill charts? QQ more indeed.
  6. A Marauder can dps the hell out of any wz yet he can stealth out in combat at any moment. A juggernaut can't kill a fly in immortal spec and his damage lines are much weaker I find than Marauder yet no stealth. The Republic equivalents are the same of course. I just find that if you unstealth into combat you should suffer the consequences of your battle and not vanish within a sliver of health any time you like.
  7. Am I the only one that finds players that can stealth in the midst of combat to be cheap? I have never known a game in which you can be damaging an enemy player down to a sliver of life only to have them vanish and reappear later with more HP. Is it unreasonable to say that players should not be able to stealth if they are being hit? How about a timer? Say any player with stealth ability can only stealth withing a 5 second time after each hit. A player being hit should not be able to vanish from sight with no hope of catching them with an AOE etc. This is another cheap thing in PVP I find. Not very fair in the least. They already have the advantage of sneaking up on you in stealth.

    VOIDSTAR is BROKEN

Stealth is all well and good but I was the first one through the door when it blew up, plus I did an AOE slow down right when it went down to make sure no enemies had the jump. By the time I was at the end of the ramp, not even stopping, there were already 2 players at the console working away on it. How can stealth outrun those without stealth? I thought stealth slowed you down some? Also, the bomb that was planted on the first doors, it appeared nobody was on it. Suddenly the bomb appeared with an enemy next to it. Can Republic stealth players plant the bomb in stealth all the way? If this is the case it is beyond bad.

    VOIDSTAR is BROKEN

So, 2 games I have been in so far have Republic jumping the barrier on the attacking side early and Imperials stuck while the timer for the door counts down. I thought both sides were to leave spawn at the same time? How are Republic running out early and already planting the bomb on the doors before we get there? Also, how is it once the doors were down nobody ran past me yet there were two republic on the bridge console on both sides before I get there myself? I was the first defender down there yet on both sides republic were already on the bridge consoles? This is completely broken and a cheat. I am tired of this game having broken warzones, broken boss fights, and never getting fixed.
  10. Hell I thought this was going to be a thread to allow those with high end pc's to have a farther draw distance so as to not have so many things pop up in the near distance... distracting.
  11. There should be a time punishment for people that leave war zones in pvp early because their team is losing etc. So many times will a Huttball start only to have almost half the team abandon the game because their side didn't score first. Those that leave a game under those circumstances should be docked at LEAST the time it takes to finish the game they abandoned before they can log into a new one. I am thinking if you abandon the wz early then dock them a 5 to 10 minute penalty waiting period before they are allowed to que for the next wz.
  12. That is completely understandable, however, what I do not understand are having major flaws like ILUM remaining to be a blemish on this game with no conclusion. I can't understand the many bugs that major bosses in the end game have without being fixed or addressed. If we are still in BETA the many complaints must be ADDRESSED and fixed. We as consumers, as paying customers, must see that they are working on it daily. We must know what they are planning, are up to, and see the results. $15 a month must have results, and if after a month or 2 not much happens how are people to trust BioWare are doing anything at all? Patch 1.2 sounded so close about a week ago, now it sounds another month away, people are losing patience NOW. The clock is ticking...
  13. I don't want the game to die but even I realize that if BioWare doesn't get it together in an emergency patch soon to fix major bugs and flaws there is little hope short term for this game to retain the majority of its subscribers. So I write this not to ***** and moan but to provide constructive criticism because the truth is, as a 6 months paid subscriber, I am losing my patience. 1) Without a doubt every character needs more customization. As it is now everyone looks the same, in an MMO that is unforgivable, and there is a major lack of wanting to get that next tier gear if it looks the same as everyone else's stuff. A lack of purely epic gear, you MMO players know what I am talking about, the coveted legendary or epic items. Items that takes a very long time, or a series of events that must happen, in order to obtain. So far the only thing epic or legendary in this game I have seen are red lightsabers with black interiors, very nice, but far too common now as everyone starts to hit Battlemaster cap. 2) END GAME BUGS - My guild has been diligently knocking out 8 man normal and hard mode raiding ops and we were all loving it until bugs started to appear rampantly on certain boss fights. Examples: In Karaggas Palace with Bonethrasher, the first boss, when the boss eats a mob for a buff and we know we are not going to win the fight we tell those surviving to exit area because 2 of us were down. When we come back in to start a new fight with the first boss we found Bonethrasher to be swiping at the entire group in 360 degrees like he does when he is buffed or enraged. We tried everything to reset the instance, even fought with the mobs out front twice before the first boss, but the instance would not reset and the boss was swiping at the group 360 degrees and not a frontal swipe. No way to heal through that as 1 by 1 our group goes down. In Eternity Vault, SOA, the buggiest fight there is. For 3 weeks now we have tried in vain to down SOA in hard mode because over and over bugs appeared and it is killing the experience for us. At first we thought it was because we didn't have Rakata gear, but slowly most of us are at least 2 pieces of Rakata and the rest Columi, and so we know it is not gear we lack. All of us are around 18k health and above, good players, and organized through voice chat. No matter how well we plan there is nothing you can do when the boss fight bugs out. Floor panels will not be there before the fight even starts. On the way down jumping from level to level at times floor panels will not appear for the next jump down causing the entire group to stay stuck on a panel until it is destoyed under our feat causing the entire group to wipe. The electrical balls will sometimes 1 shot fully healed players for no reason. 1 time 2 balls appeared naming 2 different players but really going after 1 other player not mentioned in the chat instantly killing that player. Moving SOA under the pilar that is to drop to lower his shield it will start in one section of the room and travel completely to the tother side of the room too quickly for the tank to even position the boss effectively for this too happen. OVER AND OVER AND OVER again... meanwhile people have real lives and drop group, some rage quit, while those that want to keep going bugs aside lose faith. I understand this is still a work in progress, however, when you have BOTH end game content raiding instances bugging out non stop week after week on the first and last bosses one has to question what the hell is going on with BioWare. You can only write so many /bug reports. 3) PVP - there is a major problem with war zones and the losing team and that is rage quitting. Other problems stem from planetary pvp being worthless. Example: Huttball starts, 1 team scores, the other is losing and because people want to win for their daily they immediately quit for another wz as what was once a group of 8 team players turns into 6, 5, or even 4 players. The countdown starts that the game is about to end and in the meantime the losing team gets pummeled with no hope. How can this be avoided? Simple really, there should be a punishment for leaving a warzone for 5-10 minutes and a big red message middle of the screen saying so each and every time the player tries to que for a new one for the duration of that punishment. As it is right now Huttball games are getting abandoned after FIRST SCORES!!! OPEN WORLD PVP: So BioWare realizes that ILUM is a broken mess and have deactivated certain aspects of the battle zone capture points. In the meantime we still get messages of COMPLETED NORTHERN CAPTURE POINT etc messages all the time for some random mission that never gets completed at all. Frustrating for new players that don't know what the hell is going on and thinking they are doing SOMETHING wrong. Not to mention the battle zone is too large and too broken for what it is now. While on the subject of PVP how about each and every individual planet having open world pvp? Does it happen? I am on Darth Malak server, which is a pvp server, I chose that server fully expecting to level while under the threat of being pummeled by higher level enemies. That danger is the kind I love in MMO's but I have to admit, I had no clue how disappointing this aspect of the game was literally designed out. How? BioWare seperated Republic and Imperial leveling zones far too well. In some instances it is rather difficult to find a way from one side to the other, it is not to say it can't be done, just that it will take you hours of your time to do so. Even then, even if you do manage to get from one side to the other and find other players to kill, there is zero reward or incentive to do so. No valor is given, and after a while, no point in noob killing. THE SHAME!!! NO FUN!!! 4) Customer service and update news: Forums are nice, sometimes we get responses from what appears to be developers addressing player questions, but most of the time we hear nothing from developers for extended periods of time. I know BioWare has their hands full, but let me make this clear, you guys are on the clock. You know what other game had tons of promise but was buggy and lacked end game content? DC Universe online. I played DCUO from day one, I absolutely LOVED that game and its action, but the game had severe balancing issues in PVP and they were not addressed for the longest of time. As a matter of fact, customer service was lacking, developers were far too silent about what was coming in the next patch or update. Why? It seems, even though DCUO promised monthly updates, that their developers were overwhelmed as content failed to be released on dates promised. Certain issues were promised to be dealt with and not fixed. The game felt like it was abandoned by the company that created it to a point and players quit paying subscriptions to the point where... look where it is now... free to play. The similarities of DCUO and SWTOR are many but I do not want the same thing to happen to this game, which holds so much promise, and holds a world that is dear to my childhood heart. These are just a few things I have come up with, I am sure they have been mentioned in many posts before, but I had to get this off my chest.
  14. Destroy hutball? You have no idea what you are talking about. YOu need a target to leap to, its not like we are leaping to a targeted space we wish to leap to. When we are stunned we get stunned forever once we cast the break because our break timer is too long. We need a slight advantage and this isn't too much of an advantage at all due to the crap damage output we have.
