  2. Its not the damage alone. Its the fact that its the only AoE ability as far as I know that has no cooldown and can be used to block an entire team from capturing an objective, making games a real stalemate. And obviously Sorcerer is highly represented in PvP chances are you atleast get one in your team. Enough said.
  3. Its a fairly common problem due to the strange mechanisms of the pvp groupfinder. Only when you queue with a group that has a healer you are 100% you will be grouped together.
  4. Indeed, and Diagnostic Scan and Kolto Waves are also static channels. I works fine. But players crying about unecessary melee channels are beyond me. People have lots of stuns or other ways to make a succesful channel. And to refer to my previous post. Jugs/Maras walking around spamming ravage is something they dont need. Really...
  5. If you read the post correctly I said make ALL heal(channels) on the move... Personally I see no reason why a Juggernaut/Marauder should be able to channel Ravage on the move. If you are having trouble planning your channels or just use them incorrectly its your fault. Not the fault of the game. Also I really hated all the on-the-move skills coming from Guild Wars 2, alot of LoS exploiting and such. It makes the game really silly.
  6. Yeah and make every heal(channel) ingame castable on the move aswell. I bet you would love that too. My operative would certainly agree.

    Solution found: Start a new character and gear that one up.
  9. Split the damage between both targets, 35% gets redirected to the tank + the added damage from you or your teammate. Healer gets a bit confuzzled and can't keep them both up > someone on their side hits the dirt.
  10. Thank you so far for sharing your experience. Unlike the above poster I had zero issues prior to the patch, where other people were experiencing this particular issue. Have the just moved the problem to from one side to the other? I think so. EDIT: I also receive alot of rubberbanding and delay in character rendering every once and a while.

  15. Hello folks, Ever since the newest patch rolled out I am experiencing a severe drop in FPS where there was none before. I haven't changed anything to my GFX settings afaik. Is anybody experiencing this aswell? Its a real gamebreaking bug if it is...
  16. Propably a known issue. But when you select one of the new hairstyles in Character Creation you cannot preview different faces or body types, forcing you to go back and forth between gender selection and the slider menu.
  17. Because everything in life is fun if you have nothing to put your effort into. Thats why your probably collect wellfare and ***** about something basic as leveling. Please uninstall/unsub the game please...
  18. PvP leveling is crap compared to PvE leveling. Do you get around 25-35% of your total level doing warzones? I bet you don't; that's why low-mid level warzones are abandoned. The queues take way too long and I personally just want to race to the finish and get to max level because the 10-55 (or w/e) brackets just sucks d!cks and is in no way a real portrayal of PvP... Its the retarded cousin of PvP with the only similarity being that people still do not listen to calls 9/10 times They should increase lowlvl pvp xp and slash the brackets once again to save this because balancing classes between 10-55 is just impossible and is incredibly stupid even with bolster....
  19. Hello everyone, I am propably addressing an widely known issue regarding the dungeon finder. This is not complaining, I like TFPs but the queue times on the old content just takes far too long and get skipped altogether because KDY is way faster, gives better xp and is a solid dungeon. Not forgetting to mention its almost an instant queue (waiting = hating) But its only one instance untill you hit 55! On a personal note, I've leveled a few characters and really dislike (read: hate) questing; always get my companions after I'm done leveling because I CBA... So the dungeon finders is a great addition to the process. Having just one TFP on the low-mid levels is just really boring to be honest and I think I speak for all of us that we demand atleast one or two additional TFP for lowbies.

  21. I remember it clearly... People yelling, screaming and insulting one another over typos, timezones and speculating about ETA for the fixes. Raids were cancelled, subsciptions cancelled and the sky burst into flames. And Bioware realized it was maintenance day. It was good in a way. Sort of Many people died that day...
  22. Great, regular maintenance during the day, now emergency ******** during the evening... Please change the damn maintenance hours to post 12PM CET...
  23. I'm not saying randomness cannot be fun. But 8/10 times I end up in groups that are subpar in terms of composition and at least ONE spot should be a reserved healer spot, the rest being random isn't a problem at all. But always ending up in a team with no healers sucks the fun out of the game if you have tons of enemy healers running around.

Well IMO it should be easy for instance when sixteen players of the same faction queue up consisting of: 4 healers 2 tanks 10 dps (Please note this is considered the 'ideal' setup to form a generaly solid raid group) To split those 50/50 across the board, instead most matches due to BW science the matchup would be more like this Team 1: - 1 healer - 7 dps Team 2: - 3 healers - 2 tanks - 3 dps (And thats not even mentioning the full 8 dps group compositions, so I do now) Giving the fictional team 2 a HUGE advantage when it comes to survivability due to cross-healing + guard. Sometimes its not just about the DPS as much as people would love to think that. Its also easier for team 2 to swap players around on the battlefield and still maintain a fortified position if team 1 manages to take down a healer/tank because they can buy their downed teammates valuable time during respawn and it start all over again. Wereas Team 1 will just get their ONLY healer focused 24/7 and the rest will go down easily. I know RANDOM is supposed to be random but all too often I feel like I'm on the sh*tty team because we don't have any healers, where the opponents has all of them. So guess who wins the war of attrition? Not my team... Well maybe the war of attrition in the amount of casualties sustained/dps swag NOTE: This is just a fictional setup for demonstration purposes and does not reflect all group compositions. Rather showing the weird setup that the current system provides with supposed equal class/gear composition.
