I've found that using Ops frames on the right side of the screen is the most natural feeling way to do it. Simply clicking party members and setting your highest priority skills (Resurgence, Innervate, Dark Infusion, Dark Heal, Revivification) to the 1-5 keys is pretty much all you need.

For everyone that will read this, take it as fact, and send the rumor mill spinning out of control: This is purely hypothetical and, as far as I know, BW have no intention of enabling faction transfers. If you were given the opportunity to switch in order to help combat the extremely out of balance factions on your server, even knowing all of the alleged Empire favoritism and mirror class discrepancies, would you do it? Why or why not?

Nobody is saying there aren't holes in the swiss cheese, here. It's been 44 days. It's not perfect, but the expectation that it should be at this point is absolutely off the wall insane.

If you feel like you have no reason to PvP after you're geared, you should reevaluate whether or not you belong in PvP to begin with. For the people who truly enjoy it, the gear is merely a pleasant bonus in addition to the warm fuzzy feeling you get when you smash an enemy under your heel like a worm.
