  1. There's a pretty simple solution for that. You start at the beginning of your new class story quest. At level 50 with all of your gear, it should only take a day or 2 to run through all of the story missions, giving you the opportunity to make all of the choices you want and collect all of your companions. Of course, you would have to spend the time and resources necessary to gain companion affection again, but that's a relatively simple task.
  2. and additionally low population server merges are best things bw could do to fix this game atm, especially on the advent of competitive rated pvp. i'd move both my 65 and 55 valor toons to the drastically outnumbered republic side of my server immediately for the cause.

  7. This is where you are wrong. In terms of pure numbers, yes, damage will be the same, but let's face it. We aren't playing Spreadsheet Wars. Taking into account the adjustment of diminishing returns on expertise and the nerfs to every other class, especially healers, marauder/sent will be doing a lot more EFFECTIVE damage.

  9. This will never change. Poor engine selection and awful client/server communication issues are things that cannot be addressed without scrapping this heap and going back to the drawing board.
  10. Agreed. The only change that makes any sense is the increased experience gains from warzones. Bioware has specifically stated that they want PvP to be a viable way to level, yet everything they are proposing with this patch is contradictory to that statement. Additionally, for endgame PvP, regardless of what the trolls and QQers would have you think, the classes are pretty well balanced as they currently are. 1.2 is going to be WAR all over again.

After thinking a little deeper on this topic over the course of the day, I find myself wondering if this isn't BW's way of attempting to force the PvP community to use the new War Hero gear by cutting off our chances at buying augmented oranges without spending most of our time farming credits. *puts on tin foil hat*
  12. Leveling only through PvP is, in fact, significantly slower than questing. With the proposed increases in experience gains and decreases in credits earned through warzones, the idea that people will not have enough money to train skills, let alone purchase the new gear available for credits, becomes a very legitimate concern.
  13. I'm extremely productive as a BM Vengeance Jugg running 5/33/3. 7/34/0 is in no way better.

  15. You have 1 ability that can crit 6k. Vengeance has Impale, Shatter, Smash, Scream, and Vicious Throw, all of which will crit anywhere between 3k and 5k on a single rotation. Do the math.
