  1. Dude, this is your third thread today on what you don't like about SWTOR. Enough with the spam. Find something better to do.
  2. How is it we play the same class, yet I've never had any problems. Especially problems that would make me unsub or change my idea of the game. If you're dying from boss AoE's in a group, then you need a better healer. If you're dying against bosses solo, then I suggest using Quinn and any of the MANY tanking abilities we're given. Or kill the boss with a group. And if you don't have enough credits for level 3 mount training, try harder making credits. I hit 50 with 680k credits in my inventory. After buying ALL of my training, I'm starting to build that up again with dailies. It really isn't so hard that you have to quit...
  3. Adam Sessler sings SWTOR's praise. http://www.g4tv.com/videos/56851/sesslers-soapbox-swtor-and-why-its-a-success/#video-56891
  4. Here I am with Daniel Erickson at the E3 meet and greet.(I put an exceedingly silly grin on my face while he borrowed some of my hair lol) Just a picture I used as a default on Facebook a while back. Aaaaand here's one of me and a bunch of my friends on New Year's Eve. I'm pretty much right in the middle. Let's see if you can spot me! XD (FYI; Please don't get offended, those are not gang signs they're doing with their hands)
  5. Imma bump, I really want this to be seen.
  6. These are just a couple ideas that popped into my head while I was playing. Wanted to post them now before I forget. My first suggestion has to do with the Sith Warrior ability Vicious Throw. Vicious Throw Instant Rage: 3 Cooldown: 6 secs Range: 10 m Throws the main-hand lightsaber at a target, dealing 1186-1404 energy damage. Only usable on targets at or below 20% max health. I feel like this ability should have the same range as Saber Throw. Saber Throw Instant Cooldown: 30 secs Range: 10-30m Throws the main-hand lightsaber at a distant target, inflicting 585-720 damage and building 3 rage. I realize Vicious Throw is a pretty nice insta-crit with really fast CD, but it honestly feels kind of silly having to be so close to the target in order to THROW my saber. Since it can only be used at or below 20% HP, I barely use it anyway except in situations where someone is running from me or I want to finish off a distant mob. This is especially true in PvP situations. In order for me to use this crit I have to catch up to someone who's trying to run off and heal, instead of being able to throw my saber at an effective range. I'd also like to add that I think it would be cool to have a different animation for Vicious Throw. Looks kinda lame when you chain both throws together >.< Anyway, the other suggestion I have is pertaining to the exhaustion zones separating Mos Ila and Anchorhead from the rest of the world map on Tatooine. When I fly from Mos Ila to the first stop, I can clearly see that there's a map there, with mobs and everything. All you'd have to do is remove the exhaustion and I think it would make for some really interesting PvP situations. There could be some really awesome battles in that valley. I know they're totally unrelated, like I said, I just wanted to post them before I forget. I'd love to hear what you guys think! Thanks for reading, and may the force be with you!

  8. I'll play twice as much for you!!!

  10. I went into this game, feeling like a fresh start, and it's exactly what I got. After playing SWTOR for merely 3 weeks, I've already forgotten any other MMO I played. This is like my first MMO experience all over again, and I'm LOVING it
  11. I feel the same. The majority of the people enjoying the game are too busy to post on the forums XD And I would like to see improvements, which will come in due time. Just makes patch day all the more exciting. Really good to see a constructive thread such as yours without all the unnecessary hate
  12. /agree with everything as well as agree with loving this game. Makes me sad to see people abandoning ship because of bugs like these. I mean, they can be annoyances, but they're small annoyances in relation to how sturdy the game feels in general. Obviously, this is only my opinion, and I don't think many agree with me. But I would definitely love it if BioWare banged out a bunch of these minor fixes, just to restore some faith in the community. Appreciate the post! Good to see some constructive criticism. Have fun! And may the force be with you P.S. You can change the way the guild roster is filtered, and one of the filter options is last online. Hope that helps!
  13. Coming from all the other MMOs I played, I used to be a partial clicker. I would bind SOME of my keys to attacks I needed to hit quickly, but I was never good enough to bind everything. With SWTOR, I promised myself I would be a better player, and boy did BioWare really force me to apply myself. I kept leveling and getting new attacks and I felt like there's no way I can use all this!! Yet I continued to keybind and to learn new keybinds. I now have all attacks and all defensive abilities (I'm a Jugg) keybound. Trust me, there's a lot. And I've learned to use it all to the point to where I can actually watch the cool animations in the fight rather than my quickbar. For the most part I know when to hit certain abilities and when to build my rage back up. It's funny because it feels like BioWare shaped me into a better MMO player with this wide range of abilities. Plus, I personally feel it adds a bit more strategy to how you play. Instead of the same 6 or 7 attacks to have on one rotation, you get a LOT of options for you to use in different situations. Anyway, I understand your point about being overwhelmed by abilities, as was I. But I adapted to it in a way I never have before, and I feel like I've come out of a better player. Remember; practice makes perfect. Wish you luck on your adventures friend! And may the force be with you
  14. Glad to start seeing more positive posts coming out of the woodwork. I think many of the players are like me, in the sense that after playing for 3 weeks I decided to check the forums and saw the overwhelming hate and got tired of it. Thanks for the post
  15. You assume the developers don't listen. There are features they altered/re-added/taken out because of test results. You assume there are enough problems for a mass exodus by the time they're fixed. They have proven that they do pay attention to the costumers. If there are largely reported bugs, then they will be fixed. Just because they don't respond to every single thread doesn't mean they don't recognize what needs to be fixed. My faith remains in BioWare. I see no reason to give up on them so soon.
  16. Aye, that's unfortunately the nature of the beast nowadays. Gamers just want to always faction themselves. Thank you for the support Would you mind explaining to me what features you're referring to? You're totally right my friend, I just can't help myself at times. Appreciate it And you better bring your A-game buddy
  17. Good to see another positive post out there offering constructive criticism. I like this idea, and would very much like to see something like this implemented. Would love to see the Cantinas more alive
  18. Lots of truth here, including the video which was hilarious XD I dunno where people are getting the idea that I DON'T want bugs to be fixed? That's just weird, why would I think that bugs should be left alone lol. If you think the gameplay is awful, then don't play man. All I'm saying is, I endure more crap than most and I still enjoy it because it's a fun game for me. EXTREMELY fun. By the way, if it's so badly coded, then go ahead and do better
  19. Noooo way man, I would never dismiss bugs. I think you got the wrong idea lol. I don't just assume they'll be fixed. I support the threads out there that constructively report bugs and issues. There are things that I want to be fixed. My problem is the people who see that there are bugs and just sound the doom alarm like it's all just gonna fail now because of it.
  20. Yes I totally believe the same. That's why I said that I think most of the negative folks by now stick around just to bring the morale of the community down. Don't get me wrong, there are a few threads out there that constructively portray the bugs that bother those people and that they should be fixed. I support that, I notice bugs that I want fixed as well. But when all the person can say is how they're gonna laugh when this game sinks 3 months from now, then all they're doing is trolling and it doesn't do anyone else a bit of good. Appreciate the bump, friend!
  21. I agree with both of you. My experience is that of an individual, and can't dictate how everyone else's experiences will be. If people simply don't enjoy the game, then there's nothing I can say about that. That's their opinion. But what I'm fed up with, is all the people posting about bugs here and there and then jumping to the whole "LOL THIS GAME IS BROKEN IT WILL FAIL." I've seen a lot of that, and it got to me a little.
