People will complain that they lost their names that they worked hard to get or their guild name was taken. There will always be somone complaining, and who is to say that their complaint is not as valid as the OPs.

Give it time, this is LAUNCH DAY! I've had EGA since the start and was able to play my tons. The problem is that there is an influx of new players now and the servers are capped. Would you rather have long queues now or have your server merged 3-4 time down the road because there are 400+ servers out there? Let them run their biometircs on the server loads and fix the problem. There are tons of other people in your situation and they are probably equally pissed, but there is nothing we can do about it at the moment.

Might want to wait until they server traffic dies down. I know that no one wants to hear that, but as soon as they transfer allow people to transfer the low will become full and the full will be okay to play on. Then everyone will want to go back and forth AND then complain about their names being taken.

Yea, I hope they clean the CS forums up soon, too many people just posting complaints and not wanting actual help.

This is always an issue that people have with games. It's SOP for MMO games, you get a month free AFTER you enter your billing info. If you don't like it, cancel it before your billed. It's not deceptive, it is most likely out there somewhere as a * after 30 days free.

Give it time, it's the FIRST day of launch. If you have a problem with waiting, roll on another server. Don't want to do that and lose a character, then wait. Everyone has to wait sometime in their life. Have fun when you get in today.

Did you spent the points to get your 3s casting Dark Infusion down to 2.5s?

I don't that people realize that this MMO has sold tons of copies. Your are going to have to wait a little bit. While 5 hours can be excessive threatening to quit is not the answer. Things will get better you just have to have patience. If waiting to play a game is this upsetting, I'd hate to see how some people handle waiting in traffic or lines for other things. It will get better, give it time. EVERY MMO has had stuff go wrong at launch, be greatful that they servers weren't down for 6+ hours over the weekend or that they had to do rollbacks.
