  1. Here's a toothbrush. You'll even have time to floss now.
  2. For the last few nights, I've seen an increase of people in fleet. Normally we had 150 or so. Now we have 180. Some people likely are trying the opposite side.
  3. Stop feeding this troll. His life is online games and forum troll. Warcraft had skill lag and technical issues going into December of 2005. They had nothing new with their online game. It was City of Heroes with more content or EQ with better graphics.
  4. 9 is baseline for me, just because you can make fatty jedi.
  5. Holdon. We had a serious analyst from Goldman tell me to "divest". He said so after he cooked my Croissan'Wich. He has law and business too.
  6. The volume of crazy on the general forum is my new standard for success. SWTOR even got a serious analyst from "Goldman" to post some crazy.
  7. Team, we need to hurry with the last boss. My conference call has started. AFK, I have to end the cross-talk, introduce the CEO, and ask the first question. lolol. You really fooled us Mr. Goldman Analyst.
  8. Worst troll ever, or he forgot his meds. Hey, people, we got an i-banker "analyst". In his 18+ hour work day he does the beta at work and he does the beta for Bioware. lololol.
  9. I deleted a petty 1K of credits. Customer Service sent it back in a day. Same with a problem with my pre-order code.
  10. Really? On my server, a full/queue one, people are happy to find any tank. As a healer, I love the juggernaut.
  11. Because it is a green? You can reverse engineer to higher level/rated gear.
  12. Too much trash or intentionally too hard and this person would have cried just the same.
  13. These game consultants crack me up. Wow was a skill lag pile. For a whole year, the game was a skill lag fest.
  14. They set the standard for a laggy mess. The game was a skill-lag fest going into December of 2005! The animations today are a joke. I just ran my old warrior, smashing greys, with Ashkandi. The animations are horrible. I am going to make him a panda and I'll send you the video to laugh at the boring, swing animations. This game just needs some stop-casting fixes. Done.
  15. I agree. Bioware needs to increase the global access to people looking for flashpoints.
  16. Crafting as a whole is awful. It costs too much, has too many components, and too much random number generation. I spent ~5k on 3 middle level recipes. I have 100 of one type of combine and 5 of the other type of combine. I can't even reliably grind out the proper nodes. I get the above imbalance. Now, if you want these blues or purples you have to grind out a massive amount of reverse engineering, more random numbers, with an @#$-load of combinations. No thanks. The system is one of the worst imaginable and skill costs and mounts cost a fortune.
  17. I really wanted to hear how great investigation or something was. So you just farmed a chest that respawned every seven minutes?
  18. Dead horse. I spec'd into biochem. This same person will whine about that next. We'll get the same numberless, false comparisons. The original post will have to call for lockouts on trivial content next! People might inflate, the economy. Bogus, numberless non-sense. Slicing gives people, especially new characters, more options to have fun! The original post wants people to fit their, old boring, time consuming way of playing the game. They want people to do work. Barf.
  19. I think that Bioware wanted to nerf the world drops and they trashed the missions. I just did a bountiful tier four and I lost about 200 credits on a green box. Screen caps, incoming, to Bioware. As some have said the main gains were people grinding out the lvl 50 boxes in pvp zones, etc.
  20. I like expected value better than some sort of rate like credits per second. People didn't get credits per second. They got an expected return, which, even before the nerf, was hardly comparable to grinding trivial content. http://www.dartmouth.edu/~chance/teaching_aids/books_articles/probability_book/Chapter6.pdf
  21. I just fired up my trash-bots. We're open for business! 100k credits for only $7.99. Buy now and get an additional 10k credits!
  22. The Bioware Slicing Reserve just crashed the economy. Good one. I'm in propensity to save mode. I have no idea how to make credits now. I'm just going to level my characters, ignore crafting, ignore the auction house, and stop at 240 synthweaving (it's fairly craptastic anyway).
  23. Mods should make a consolidated thread for all this mush (period). First, they chewed through the content and now they have to play forum warrior with thousand word essays summarized as I'm level 50 and here is $#@% we all know needs some polish. Here is your forum warrior badge. Now go get some fresh air.
  24. The people wringing their hands still haven't made a good case against slicing. The skill was fine, great even. At minimum do some numbers or make a valid comparison. The expected value of running slicing, beta or now, was hardly comparable to grinding an instance solo. You can gain much more by merely vendoring drops from instances as a solo and you can do it in less than thirty minutes! Grinding mobs or running old instances over and over is boring, archaic and it merely encourages people to buy gold. Professionals don't have time to grind that crap over and over. Slicing was an okayish alternative. As for the numbers, the current expected value, for slicing is pretty bad. I'm getting whites at least 60 percent of the time for half hour missions. These are a gain of a few hundred credits, sometimes a loss. The percent is likely higher than 60 now for whites. I've seen one blue and about 3 green returns from at least 15 to 20 missions.
