The bottom line, you only get to use that one special ability one or two times every 20 minutes. I think I used my heroic ability 4 or 5 times when leveling up to 50.

"We're listening to your feedback" I keep seeing this over and over again from Bioware. I am assuming you are just getting this feedback from the vocal majority on the forums because you have yet to have any in game polls to ask for it.

When ever marketing says so; they will need to make a few more videos to hype it up to let us know about the cool new features that is in 1.2.
