Here's a link to the final build I plan on using once I hit 50 (I'm at 46 right now as a Combat Medic.), using TorHead's skill calculator: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#800rfRMR0cdkqZrcoZb.1 It's a 31 / 8 / 2 build. Others may disagree, you might find a different setup works better for you, but that's my choice for focusing on healing and critical chance.
