I have tried all the workarounds I have been able to find here in the forums or elsewhere and it will prompts me every time. It is disappointing how long this has been an issue for with no real fix. CharlieFreak Posted May 30 Share Posted May 30 It's only because of an address/location that needs updating in the steam launcher. While that's wrong, it can't tell the server you've accepted the agreement. Did you try the fix that involves downloading the normal launcher and signing in on that just as far as necessary to accept the EULA, then copying the entries to the relevant steam file?
