Doubt it will happen because we didn't have access to the actual starter area of Ord Mantel and probably won't have access to the one on Hutta. Meaning the matrix shards that go in the mission's items tab of your inventory (separate from datacrons but look like them when you find one) which are not a legacy thing but are for achievement seekers nowadays since using them to make a relic [Datacron Matrix Cube] would still work but from the early days of the game and give very little bonus for gear. So, for the sake of achievement yes but no since there is no way to get a character out of the new area to get to them sadly.
