I submitted a bug report to support. Got a generic reply back: "There is no problem with the JTF Bundle Itself, in general, the ability to use and unlock Mounts will be unlocked if a char reaches Lv. 10. Which, in the most cases, is when this char had completed the starting planet. After level 10, he can drive a mount and so, also use the unlock items." So I re-submitted with a screenshot of their own page! *sigh* We'll see if they do something about it this time...

Datacrons are legacy-wide. If your Imperial character finds one on Hutta, it will automatically apply for all characters, including the Republic ones!

The bug is in the tooltip. What it should say is that the items require the Sage/Sorcerer Combat Style! As per your screenshot, you are either in Guardian or Shadow combat style!
