Dear players,

We've come across several minor coding errors, and we'd like to share these with you.

Snowball cannon. These are currently doing 22 million points of damage per hit. We're aware of the issue and it'll be handled in time for the next Life Day Season. The currently erroneously-coded snowball cannons will remain available until then.

Overheated Droids. Unfortunately, in attempting to fix clipping issues in a helmet, we have somehow programmed overheated droids to pursue and attack players at random. They are immune to all damage and are equipped with a snowball cannon.

Companion Romance.  We are currently receiving complaints that previously romanced companions are randomly demanding a divorce, beginning with a letter to Broadsword from those companions stating a litany of grievances. This will be handled in a future update. Until then, all divorced companions can be found in the "unavailable" category in the companion list. Please do not create a ticket regarding this issue as the companions still don't want to talk to you.

Crafting. In updating the game's graphics to include more ambient illumination for more stronghold lighting decorations, we introduced a bug in the ingredients list for level 300 augments, now only requiring a single level 1 scavenged compound item to craft. We will restore the original crafting requirements after we deal with a floating lamp post on Tython near the front of the Jedi Temple that Xordevoreaux has been complaining about.

Speeders.  We are aware of an intermittent bug where all mounts accelerate randomly to 2000% of base speed.  While occasionally reaching planetary escape velocity, no unintended interplanetary travel occurs, and while players have reported jumping the chasms on Hoth at this speed, overall game play (minus repair costs for deadly collisions) is unaffected, so we'll be handling this sometime in the spring.

Guild membership.  Due to a typo in unrelated programming code, guilds now have a maximum membership of 25,000.  We will examine the impact of this after we fix a U-V texture mapping error on a rock on Tython Xordevoreaux's been complaining about. No ETA.

Conquest.  In fixing the crafting window bug so players don't have to close, open, and re-select a harvest category when another category has been maxed out, we introduced an error in conquest removing the limit to tech frags. In attempting to address this issue, we released a server-side fix a bit early, which inadvertently removed all costs for gear on fleet vendors. We will be fixing this issue after the next major update to the gear grind in 8.0.
