klizilii Posted December 7, 2023 Share Posted December 7, 2023 I thought this was pretty funny while also quite telling of my #1 complaint about playing this class. Watchdog hardmode, I had to block polarized beam and I had 2x slow release medpac on myself, 100% HP, popped every defensive I have on the class and still got 1 shot by the mechanic. Yeah, this can be solved by guard shroud like other fights, but at least in dread guards there is a way for a class to deal with the mechanic (eat green circles for doom) instead of literally having a RNG chance that you'll die to the mechanic you're forced to do without another player needing a very specific utility to protect you.
