how do you vote to kick players now?

I see a stealth player camped in a corner just afking the whole match, can't figure out how to vote to kick now.

You can't, you need multiple people to vote kick (4 I think?) and when you do, they get a notification saying like "you have 30 seconds to move or you will be kicked", and if they do anything you will all need to vote again, and they will get the notification again etc etc

 

Basically, you cannot vote kick someone unless they are actually afk, if they are trolling and sitting at their computer, you cannot kick them, unlike GSF.
