Please Change the HK-51 Quest

The quest need to change its no longer a multiplayer experiance and its a 4 day long solo experiance ive spent 15hr on taris and still havent found it. this need to be changed

It doesn’t need to be changed.  I ran it back when it first came out and a number of times since.  Even when they introduced the quest it was mostly one person checking the area once the initial rush for HK finished.  Sometimes you got lucky and someone else was there and did a call out when they were close to the part.

I did it when it was first released, and I did it solo because of the time I was able to play, so soloing was not a problem then, so I doubt it is a problem now.

I did this quest probably 10 times and it never took me that long, usually I can finish it on a day or maybe two.

It takes me 10 minutes or less to find an HK part on any planet because I know what I'm doing.

Establish a grid pattern. With Sprint *ON*, advance seven foot-fall sounds (turn the audio up so you can hear them, obviously) each time along a straight line and scan each time you stop. At the edge of the areas, turn right or left (alternate!) and advance seven foot-falls to the next line over, turn again and proceed back along the new line.

 

If you find it, be polite and announce its location in /general chat *immediately* to help other people who might be searching. If someone else makes such an announcement, *immediately* go to where they announced because it will be available *there* to everyone for only one minute, then it will jump to a new hidden location which *might* be in the area you've already searched.
