Edit: here is a link to just the dll for anyone having issues extracting it. I've tried to download this but it keeps timing out on me. I have tried to download it on Firefox, Chrome and Brave and am getting the same results with all of them. I am on a slow internet connection and I am guessing that is part of it. Can barely get past the launcher, then crash to desktop. Repair utility made no difference. I have an Intel core i7 (7th gen), with a Gtx 1050 (4gb), and 16 megs of RAM. It did NADA! pps: I got clean boots, got the game excluded in my firewall and virus checks, use Wise Care to fix problems, and got a healty distrust against all hacky microsoft mod volunteers from special-doc-and-prepped-png-land and anybody pointing to them.
