I enter login in details and password, go through to the initializing screen then get an error message "This application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again." I have closed the launcher, reopened it, rebooted the computer - nothing works. I cannot do the repair file thing in Settings as the Settings link is greyed out and inactive. I'm not a computer tech person, so don't know what else to do now. It was working perfectly fine this time yesterday. The error is unspecified, so no idea what the problem is as the launcher cannot tell me. I do not use Steam to log in. Any assistance gratefully received. All other applications work fine, so I don't think it's my ISP or internet connection (fibre). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
