DarkTergon Posted February 4, 2021 Share Posted February 4, 2021 (edited) The system doesn't always work, it has been broken for a long time, they refuse to even acknowledge this. Lots of people have had this happen. Tickets get ignored, closed, or wrong info sent back, etc. It's a shambles.
