Too tall, don't speak basic, would probably have issue with the romance scenes. and I'm sure there are others. Reasons they're not playable were stated above, so i'm not going to repeat them, but there are 2 Wookie companions in game already Bowdaar is one of the smuggler's companion who becomes available to all classes during KOTFE and Jakarro is one of the NPCs you meet during FA / SoR and becomes a companion during Onslaught.
