Would be no harm shouting out in fleet, to see if anyone has a set lying around in a cargo bay somewhere, as a lot of the older players, may have one. No unfortunately not , not even sure how they decide which to put out, or in what order, it could be set or random :/ if you pm , dan steel, or eric musco, they might be able to help you, although I'm not sure it's in their realm of influence.
