Gravestone is filled with npcs before visiting Asylum

I noticed this as well. In fact there is one scene while repairing the ship that Koth walks through his budy who I haven't picked up from Asylum yet... and a certain engineer is scrubbing the deck nearby. And this is before I've reached asylum.

 

I actually took a picture of them when it happened

Two years now, at least, since this bug was reported, and despite them claiming they are working on it obviously they are not since this can't be a very difficult thing to fix. Outright lying to their players aren't likely to make said players be more satisfied.

 

An honest answer in line with "Yeah, we are aware of this little snafu but since it isn't game disrupting/breaking it is not a priority and hence will likely not be fixed in the near future. We understand that this might affect immersion for many players and for that we are sorry, and we hope that you can appreciate the rest of the content despite this." would actually be a lot better, if disappointing of course. At least it fits with our expectations at this point.

It is now July 30th, 2021. I have been playing this game for a long time. Bugs like this one is what ruin the immersion in the game. Even small stuff like when during a cutscene you have random npc blocking characters when they shouldn't be there. The bug is still an issue and many players have wanted it fix for a long while. They said they are looking into it but it has been YEARS now. Still not fixed. There are many bugs in this game that haven't been fixed that drive me insane. Seriously if you want players to enjoy the game without issues, listen and fix the problems and don't lie when you say that you are looking into it and are fixing it. It shouldn't take you this long to fix it. You also can't say you don't notice it because you already confirmed that you did. You even close threads when another person makes it about the same probably. You can't just block the issues away and ignore us. We want to enjoy this game to the fullest. So please listen the threads when we ask for you to help us and fix the bug and not leave us hanging. You haven't even given us updates on the progress. All you said was that you were working on it and that was a long time ago. If you want new players to enjoy and keep putting money into the game, then you have to take notice of issues and fix it. All new players will have to go through the story and if they see problems like this, they won't continue playing.

Hi folks,

 

As this thread is a duplicate of the following one: Koth's Crew STILL Bugged. Chapter V: From the Grave, I am closing this one to avoid multiple threads regarding the same bug.

 

Perhaps, if you fixed this bug, as well as the numerous other bugs that have plagued this game since launch, like comps suddenly standing still and doing nothing, there wouldn't be multiple threads, and the need to keep closing them. Just a thought.

In other words, this is such low priority that it's never going to get fixed.

 

Probably the same for the Lady of Sorrow instance not adjusting your level to 70 (although that one hasn't even made the "known issues" list yet.

Solve the problem by, well, solving the problem instead of removing the posts that point out the problem.

This has been ongoing since the launch of KotFE. This has been many, many years, and still no fix. If it is never going to be fixed, for whatever reason, just says so. I mean, I have gotten used to the crew being there, I actually find it quite funny. Pointed it out to my wife last night, we had quite the laugh. But it is ridiculous to just keep telling us that you are working on it. Sort of like the comps not working on occasion glitch. We'll just learn to live with it. Thanks.

It seems that Koth's crew doesn't know when it's time to leave a party.

 

Our team is still working on this and when we have more info to share about this bug, we will inform the community.

 

Any word on this? Its still occurring in November of 2021. Id like to see this fixed as the immersiveness is ruined by having the crew there but then meeting for the first time 30 minutes later.

Just passing by this post to say that it's still happening, I've read the full thread and it's incredible how this game didn't change at all (Dont take me wrong I love it but...), to put it in context I'm a returning player, I'm a founder, but didn't play the game for almost 7 years. It's incredible how most of the things that ruined a little bit the immersion 8-9 years ago are still untouched, In a way it gives me nostalgia but for new players I know this will be very frustrating...

 

Sorry just passing by and wanted to share my story. BIOWARE I friggin love this game but please give it more love! (Now with the boba fett series and the Obi wan one would be an incredible time to polish some things!) Even i'm a developer with a computer science degree and experience, if you want someone to work with those bugs i pledge myself as tribute :D

This issue is NOT fixed in 7.0 on the PTS; Koth's crew are still all over the Gravestone before they should be. As this affects the cutscenes with both Lana and Koth it's very irritating. This bug started with patch 5.9.3 and it's coming up for four years since that patch. BW, either admit you've no idea how to fix this issue or get working on a fix. At the very least, stop the crew appearing in the cutscenes. Please.

Here we are in March of 2022, and still no fix. Really, we need a big SW youtuber to call out this problem and get the entire Star Wars fanbase talking about it. Make this bug synonymous with complaining about SWTOR, and they'll at least have to address it.
